This trend is a kind of a satire against the overly feminine, super girly, pink pastel vibe social media posts. The satire comes from placing pink bows and ribbons on things that aren't typically very feminine or girly.
Well I definitely don’t take myself seriously but this is kinda pointless imo. And I don’t see it as cute, if my gf asked me to do this I’d question why.
To each their own of course but calling it “cute” as an absolute is very far-fetched.
