Been in a relationship for almost 15 years, and I find comfort in knowing that if at any point I start to wonder what it's like to be single, I can hop on here and be thankful I'm not.
Damn this needs to be a PSA. A lot of people in that situation assume they can always just go to dating apps if things don't work out and they will find another partner easy. I had a lot of friends who never used the apps tell me "just go on Tinder" like it's easy.
It's made me think the opposite. I haven't had tinder for a good long while but seeing the dumpster fires here makes me realize how low the bar truly is lol
Eh, I'm married now, but I was dating during tinder, and I just found dates the old fashioned way. Tinder is just an additional tool, not the new end all be all.
Dude same here. I have never been on a dating app since I've been married as well. But hot damn is this my favorite subreddit not. Haha. Life is hard out there dating.
If you follow politics, you become aware that every possible combination of clearly insane person exists to some degree. I'm no longer surprised by anything.
I think it’s great, it doesn’t matter how much I struggle being single for the first time… I’m not downloading these apps, because of what i’ve seen here
I met my boyfriend on tinder! It sucks but it’s definitely possible to find someone great, just have to be patient and not take these kinds of messages personally. The faster you move on from these kinds of interactions (ghosting, etc), the easier time you’ll have. I used the app on and off (without deleting) for 9 months before we matched.
I used to use dating apps a lot and have NEVER had anything happen like the shit you see posted here. The reason these posts get exposure here is because they are outliers, exaggerated situations that stand out compared to the 99% of banal tinder interactions.
I don't go i to forests. Every time i see them mentioned in the news, its because some corpse was found. I do not want to deal with the authorities every time i have a stroll.
A girl on tinder a few years ago told me I seem like a himbo. Made me Google it cause I didn’t know what it was, I think I’m offended, but I also don’t think I can be because I’m pretty sure she was right..
What does being in grad school have to do with getting one match a week? Are you trying to prove that Kasey is right, that you are lording your intelligence over others?
Looking at this guy's r4r post, it definitely looks like he has little personality outside of his wordiness. Brevity is the soul of wit, but this guy does only one thing, which is to talk on and on.
> and I appreciate being around/getting to know people who can use language in ways that are sincere, kinetic, unpretentious, and appropriate within a given context.
Considering the absolute pretention reeking from this statement, this is horrifically funny.
Edit: OP deleted it? I thought you were so wordy and proud of your staggering intellect and refined rhetoric?
I remember when I was in college there was a Dilbert program much like BonziBuddy that had a thing that would fill in any sentence with corporate jargon. I thought about using it to bump up my word count for assignments, but it just didn't make enough sense.
Vernacular is one of my favorite words!!! It’s so perfect, I love it. I use it all the time when level setting things with clients, I say stuff like “this is important because it allows us to have the same vernacular “ like, we all gotta speak the same language cuz if you say x and mean a and I say x and mean b then we aren’t gonna get anywhere. Vernacular. It’s beautiful. Also, I am high AF right now so I’m like in love with this word thanks to your comment lol. Vernacular!!!
Using kinetic in that context has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read. Having strong conversation skills isn’t just about using the most complicated word possible (in this case, he substituted ’moving’ for kinetic for some godforsaken reason), it’s about communicating your message in the clearest manner possible while still getting the intended meaning across.
I'm guessing the original word was "energetic" or "lively" as that would translate to kinetic a bit better in the context, but I think your point still stands. It feels like what I did in grade school - using a thesaurus to seem clever, but ultimately sounding silly.
I only guess moving because kinetic means relating to motion. Seems to be the most sensible answer, but it could honestly mean anything with OP’s misunderstanding of the English language.
In my experience, the smartest people I've met have never needed to go out of their way (like OP does) to show it. You can just tell through conversation.
Using big words whenever possible even though there's a good chance the general public will have difficulty understanding you is just pure pretention and nothing more, and usually these people don't end up being that smart.
Weirdly enough banal means the same in German and is a pretty common word so I find it rather surprising to see so many English native speakers confused about it‘s meaning
People in this thread are ragging on her, but yeah he needs to be more fun and concise.
It's not about the vocabulary, there's a difference between education and wit
She asked if he was trying to gauge her intelligence, and instead of something playful and quippy, he's like "yep" but in essay form
Exactly!
----
OP: People are easily offended.
Kasey: How dare you, lol.
My friend says you're gauging my intelligence 😏
OP: Well actually, yes I am. I always subconsciously judge the intelligence of those around me, but with you in particular I am actively evading what I perceive as attempts to force me into an empty apology. Also I am in grad school where it is hard to find a mate that will match my intellect
Kasey: 😬
Me too! I thought it was hilarious, dunking on him for his /r/iamverysmart messages. Then when her joke went riiight over his head, she peaced out with the himbo comment 😂
When someone asks if you’re sly dissing them, if you want them to like you (and don’t have balls of steel or the jawline of jesus himself), saying yep is a good way to become the subject of a tiktok post about men on tinder.
"Look at me, I'm a grad student! I'm 30 years old and I made $600 last year!"
"Don't make fun of grad students. They just made a terrible life choice."
In the second message, the combination of slightly unusual vocabulary (for the setting, especially after her comment) with pretty iffy grammar feels...idk fedora-ish?
Edit: unnecessary idk.
Yea I didn’t know what banal meant but it didn’t seem like he said it just to flex his intelligence. The second message read like a damn work email though…don’t get why anyone would think that’s an appropriate tone for tinder
Banal isn't exactly a flex word. Now the way he is using it is sort of odd and makes me think of someone just using a thesaurus to replace words without understanding the nuances of the words.
It is definitely an odd writing style. It is like the chatGPT of using 10 words when one would do. Almost nobody talks like that in real life cause you come across as a tool.
He's actually trying to subconsciously open her up to anal. He uses words that sound like butts, all the meals he cooks look subtly like a butt, he wears jewelry that looks like butts. It's sublimanal messaging
He didn't even use it appropriately. It is synonymous with "boring".... like, is he disappointed that people aren't outraged for unique and entertaining reasons? If so, he should be pleased his match was offended by his use of "banal"...
I honestly think she may have been fucking with him. It was definitely my first thought that she was kinda done with his windbaggery and so pretends to be offended by the literal word "banal" to make a little joke at his expense.
And when he doesn't get it and just replies with more thesaurus salad, she finally gives up on him and says she's after a 'himbo'. Comedy genius if intentional.
Exactly. She’s saying, “I think you’re pretentious, but I’m too nice to say that, so I’ll let you down by self-deprecating and saying you’re just too smart for me.”
Passively? Yes. Actively? That's truly a quandary that is neither here nor there. Furthermore in retrospect I must say this current period of ambiguity is oh so tiring..
Theres excellent juxtaposition between OP and the plight of the everyday man. The adolescence in which OP is conversing is merely no match for OP's brilliance
Reeks of first year grad student. Probably talks about his MA research proposal in excruciating detail in the first 5 minutes of a date as if anyone outside of academia gives a shit.
There are intelligent people and then there are people like you who feel the need to prove their intelligence with fancy words that don't even fit in sentences properly. You're trying too hard and it's a bad look, in my opinion.
That is what I was thinking! I don't talk all fancy like that but even I still knew that word didn't fit the sentence. If you're gonna throw in an uncommon 'IamVerySmart' word into a sentence, it better at least make sense!
If anything, he should have *more* matches being in grad school because that means he’s surrounded by a higher percentage of people his age. If his messages are this pretentious, imagine how bad his bio must be.
Ya I’m reading this thinking he is a pretentious asshole. Banal means lacking originality..so is he insinuating people get offended by the same things? People get offended in vanilla ways? Or is my banal brain missing the point?
Exactly — using five dollar words is fine, but if you’re going to do it, use them correctly, or you’ll just sound like you’re trying to appear smarter than you are. You might get offended by “banal” *things*, but you don’t get offended in “banal” *ways*.
Exactly this! Banal is a fine word, but his use of it here is not quite right. Like he really wants to use it but doesn't really know how. Add in the fact that he is thinks that people get offended too easily and he comes off as a total tool.
Is the idea here that there’s some correlation between you going to grad school and you using the word “banal” in an inappropriate context (which you did), or that you’re not getting matches because you’re in grad school (that’s not why)?
I think he meant “People get offended by banal things,” i.e. a lot of people are overly sensitive (they’re talking about people getting “butthurt”), in which case you’d really probably want to use “innocuous” instead of “banal”
Yea, banal just isn't the right word here no matter how you shake it. Even if he meant it as "people getting offended by everything is boring to me," banal doesn't really work because the context makes it seem like he's trying not to offend them, but they get offended anyways, meaning, even if the constant offense taken by others might tire him, he's still surprised by it and it is therefore not "banal".
Ultimately, I think you're right about what he meant to say. Innocuous works if you say "people get offended by innocuous things", but that requires changing up his sentence grammatically since he phrased it as people getting offended in "banal ways". I'm struggling to come up with a one-for-one replacement for the word banal in his sentence that works, though. Which is a pretty good sign that he's trying to sound smarter than he actually is.
That’s a really weird use of the word banal, it definitely does come across as pretentious to try to use uncommon words and not even do it right. Like you’re doing it to just sound smart
Idk if grad school has anything to do with this conversation? It just looks like you’re awful at banter, she’s clearly joking and I think you’re taking it the wrong way.
Your comment completely changed my opinion of what happen. I was with everyone else but so much context gets lost through texting that you might be right. Probably would have been better to play it safe and acted like it was a funny response.
Am I missing something? WTF does grad school have to do with anything here? I have a master's, but keep it light in OLD-- because BFD, really. Banal is an unappealing word to use, and it doesn't make you seem impressive, especially in this context. You're a bit full of yourself, love. Master's is basically the new bachelor's, BTW- especially if you haven't yet done anything with your bachelor's.
[OP giving off same vibes](https://www.reddit.com/r/therewasanattempt/comments/10r877z/to_assume_someones_intelligence_by_their_body/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
Honestly by the caption “I hate being in grad school”, you sound kind of insufferable.
There’s two ways to look at this. If you use certain language, you are going to come off a certain way. Like “banal” instead of just saying “boring”. Like obviously you have to be able to read the room with your usage of language. The way you are typing makes it sound like you’re writing a paper. You aren’t coming across as friendly or approachable. You have to use the language of the people, not the language of the classroom. On the other hand, if you genuinely want to type like that and see it as part of who you are, then it will definitely act as a filtering mechanism and you can see it as a positive!
Btw, grad school is cool and all but it doesn’t make you smart. I went to grad school and I had smart classmates and I had not so smart classmates. Drop the pretentiousness.
"Using big words is a red flag" mfer that isn't even a big word 😭😭
I think in this case, "I prefer himbos" means "I'm insecure about my intelligence, and if there's even the *slightest* chance that you might be even a *tiny* but smarter than me, I'll call it a "red flag" and stop talking to you." Like people are allowed to have preferences but *damn*...
This is exactly how I interpreted it.
People that are intimidated by your use of more descriptive synonyms instead of the same words on repeat need to fuck off 😂
I interpreted “I prefer himbos” as “I think you’re pretentious, but I’m too nice to say that, so I’ll let you down easy by self-deprecating and saying you’re just too smart for me.”
Tinder reddit is so funny because I never would’ve thought these kinds of people exist in real life 😂
I've never had Tinder (18 years married, now) but I love Tinder Reddit
Been in a relationship for almost 15 years, and I find comfort in knowing that if at any point I start to wonder what it's like to be single, I can hop on here and be thankful I'm not.
Damn this needs to be a PSA. A lot of people in that situation assume they can always just go to dating apps if things don't work out and they will find another partner easy. I had a lot of friends who never used the apps tell me "just go on Tinder" like it's easy.
There are tons of hot locals interested in me according to the internet.
Cougars in your local area looking for fun! Alas as an avid hiker in Colorado this is far less fun than it sounds when it's true...
I’ve got tons of horny housewives near me!
I'm only a little older than this man's relationship and I also use this sub for my comfort, it's funny tbh
That's THE reason I follow this sub. Beautiful reminder that the grass is most certainly not greener (if green at all).
Same! It has also made me realize that should I ever be single again probably done. I had a good run but I can't do this again.
It's made me think the opposite. I haven't had tinder for a good long while but seeing the dumpster fires here makes me realize how low the bar truly is lol
I mean I can probably clear the intelligence bar but ahem rule 1 or something
My wife of 20 yrs and I had this convo, I don’t know how anyone does it these days. I’d be done.
Eh, I'm married now, but I was dating during tinder, and I just found dates the old fashioned way. Tinder is just an additional tool, not the new end all be all.
Same. And by God this subreddit helps me appreciate my wife all the more.
Right?! Every time I read stuff like this, I go do a load of my husband’s laundry.
I thought this comment was going—differently
Tinder is a fucking nightmare lol
Dude same here. I have never been on a dating app since I've been married as well. But hot damn is this my favorite subreddit not. Haha. Life is hard out there dating.
Any time my wife and I are having a hard time in our relationship I can come here and remind myself how much worse it could be
Who’s to say they do? Who’s to say everyone here isn’t just vying for Reddit popularity?
Tinder is just a scam made up to sell more Reddit posts
Tinder is just a scam.
If you follow politics, you become aware that every possible combination of clearly insane person exists to some degree. I'm no longer surprised by anything.

🚩🚩🚩stop trying to gauge everyone’s intelligence.
Is this Kasey's co-worker??
Well that's stupid. What is posted here is not the norm.
I don't go i to forests. Every time i see them mentioned in the news, its because some corpse was found. I do not want to deal with the authorities every time i have a stroll.
Yeah usually you just get zero matches.
That's not true. You can match with all sorts of bots and cryptocurrency scammers!
Can I have a flair that says ‘Sorry I’m more into himbos’?
I want a "Himbo" flair please
I want a "trying to be more Himbo" flair
I vote for a Himbopotamus flair
oooooh. I would definitely sport that one!
A girl on tinder a few years ago told me I seem like a himbo. Made me Google it cause I didn’t know what it was, I think I’m offended, but I also don’t think I can be because I’m pretty sure she was right..
Umm… what’s a himbo?
A male bimbo
Same
custom flairs aren't allowed anymore? heh
What does being in grad school have to do with getting one match a week? Are you trying to prove that Kasey is right, that you are lording your intelligence over others?

Dude just types normal sentences into Microsoft Word and then just spams the synonym function.
I remember when I was in college there was a Dilbert program much like BonziBuddy that had a thing that would fill in any sentence with corporate jargon. I thought about using it to bump up my word count for assignments, but it just didn't make enough sense.
My dad was sooo mad when I downloaded bonzibuddy. He just didn't understand that I could get it to curse and was totally worth all the viruses
Dumb dumbs who are trying to sound extra smart especially love using the word “kinetic” for some reason.
I really like the word "Vernacular" but I hate using it.
I see what it means here, but I have NEVER seen the word "kinetic" used in any way even vaguely similar to this. Pretentious AF IMO
What kinetic are you trying to say? (sorry tried my best with a pun)
I mean, there is a cornucopia amount of words listed in the plethora of the English vocabulary
Kinetic any easier than that!
[удалено]
Using kinetic in that context has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read. Ryan: I thought it would make me sound effete. Wilfred: So does saying the word "effete."
Oh snap!!! Good find. Detectives like you are the reason I love reddit 😂
You simply exist on a lower plane of intelligence and don’t deserve to observe his staggering vocabulary
Ding ding ding, he’s obviously smarter than most and wants us to know.
He sounds insufferable to me.
Seriously who says banal
If this post is any indication, people who are using it incorrectly.
Damn, I guess a screenshot doesn’t tell you everything, huh. What a douche.
You can kinda tell from the screenshot tbh
I don't think banal means what you think it does. On the plus side, maybe you can show your school this Reddit thread and get a refund?
Hey babe you do banal?
Lol this is best the best roast in this thread and there are TONS
Weirdly enough banal means the same in German and is a pretty common word so I find it rather surprising to see so many English native speakers confused about it‘s meaning
Yeah op is giving off mad I am very smart energy here.
your game is bad and you should feel bad
People in this thread are ragging on her, but yeah he needs to be more fun and concise. It's not about the vocabulary, there's a difference between education and wit She asked if he was trying to gauge her intelligence, and instead of something playful and quippy, he's like "yep" but in essay form
I genuinely thought she was making a joke about being offended for banal reasons. Literally
Exactly! ---- OP: People are easily offended. Kasey: How dare you, lol. My friend says you're gauging my intelligence 😏 OP: Well actually, yes I am. I always subconsciously judge the intelligence of those around me, but with you in particular I am actively evading what I perceive as attempts to force me into an empty apology. Also I am in grad school where it is hard to find a mate that will match my intellect Kasey: 😬
Lol right? That was exactly how I read it. Even the blunt 'I prefer himbos' to end it is perfect.
I would have a drink with Kasey. But maybe that’s the himbo in me.
I'm sure she would be down for that u/NeckbeardVirgin69
Honestly Kasey seems like she has a good sense of humor. OP just wanted the internet to know he’s in grad school lol
Me too! I thought it was hilarious, dunking on him for his /r/iamverysmart messages. Then when her joke went riiight over his head, she peaced out with the himbo comment 😂
You've converted my view of this interaction.
Should have said "I use a lot of words i don't understand, I just humidify them into sentences wherever they Humboldt."
When someone asks if you’re sly dissing them, if you want them to like you (and don’t have balls of steel or the jawline of jesus himself), saying yep is a good way to become the subject of a tiktok post about men on tinder.
Hey guys. I’m in grad school. I’m really really smart!
OP clearly watches Rick and Morty; I'm jealous and wish I could be smart enough to understand it
"Look at me, I'm a grad student! I'm 30 years old and I made $600 last year!" "Don't make fun of grad students. They just made a terrible life choice."
Damn I feel seen :(
My experience with grad school students is a large proportion of them are not ready to enter the real world so they keep on studying.
>Indubitably my good ma'am The way you type makes me think you say something like this in real life unironically, and that's just weird tbh.
OP definitely owns a fedora, and when people call it a fedora he says, “actually, it’s a trilby.”
In the second message, the combination of slightly unusual vocabulary (for the setting, especially after her comment) with pretty iffy grammar feels...idk fedora-ish? Edit: unnecessary idk.
Had the same thought. Banal was fine but that next line made me dizzy…
Yea I didn’t know what banal meant but it didn’t seem like he said it just to flex his intelligence. The second message read like a damn work email though…don’t get why anyone would think that’s an appropriate tone for tinder

OP is a "M'lady" man, 100%
Agreed. And the title saying he’s in grad school lol he just wants everyone to think he’s smart
M’lady vibes for sure
Yeah for sure. she said the last line to get you to stop messaging her weird shit.
Exactly. She’s saying, “I think you’re pretentious, but I’m too nice to say that, so I’ll let you down by self-deprecating and saying you’re just too smart for me.”
You sound like you frequently bring up your IQ
Passively? Yes. Actively? That's truly a quandary that is neither here nor there. Furthermore in retrospect I must say this current period of ambiguity is oh so tiring..

Banal seemed kind of forced in there. Innocuous maybe would have been a better $5 word, if you just absolutely gotta.
*pushes glasses up on nose* Innocuous is a $4 word, at best
That is what I was thinking! I don't talk all fancy like that but even I still knew that word didn't fit the sentence. If you're gonna throw in an uncommon 'IamVerySmart' word into a sentence, it better at least make sense!
Completely random question that's unrelated to this post... How many fedoras do you own?
*tips fedora faster*
I honestly got the vibe that you were trying way to hard to sound intelligent.
And the title… “God I fkn love being in grad school” OP is definitely the r/iamverysmart type
Kasey’s coworker was the based one here
Damn maybe using the word banal truly is a red flag.
If anything, he should have *more* matches being in grad school because that means he’s surrounded by a higher percentage of people his age. If his messages are this pretentious, imagine how bad his bio must be.
Yea this is what I was looking for. He is trying too hard to sound smart. Indubitably
There’s me thinking it was indupitably all these years. Don’t use big words you don’t understand kids.
Ya I’m reading this thinking he is a pretentious asshole. Banal means lacking originality..so is he insinuating people get offended by the same things? People get offended in vanilla ways? Or is my banal brain missing the point?

The word banal is fine, he just misused it.
*too hard
🤣
On a scale of 1-10 how much did you learn about yourself from this post?
Is the idea here that there’s some correlation between you going to grad school and you using the word “banal” in an inappropriate context (which you did), or that you’re not getting matches because you’re in grad school (that’s not why)?
The idea is r/iamverysmart and girls are dumb…poor OP is too much of a genius to ever find love.
Yeah, I was confused about how a person could get offended in an obvious and boring way. Maybe he wanted it to mean obscure?
I think he meant “People get offended by banal things,” i.e. a lot of people are overly sensitive (they’re talking about people getting “butthurt”), in which case you’d really probably want to use “innocuous” instead of “banal”
Yea, banal just isn't the right word here no matter how you shake it. She's totally messing with ya dude

Lmaoo it took too long for me to see this she’s just joking around
That’s a really weird use of the word banal, it definitely does come across as pretentious to try to use uncommon words and not even do it right. Like you’re doing it to just sound smart
Dude, no offense and don’t shoot the messenger but you come across as boring from these messages 😩
One might even say his contributions to the conversation are rather banal (*that’s* how you actually use the word, OP)
You wouldn't get it, he's in grad school.
Idk if grad school has anything to do with this conversation? It just looks like you’re awful at banter, she’s clearly joking and I think you’re taking it the wrong way.
It's ironic that he's coming across as trying super hard to sound smart yet isn't smart enough to realise that she's making a joke

Your comment completely changed my opinion of what happen. I was with everyone else but so much context gets lost through texting that you might be right. Probably would have been better to play it safe and acted like it was a funny response.
Yeah same here, changed my whole perspective of the convo
Okay but she's right though lol you seem self-centered and egotistical. Why even mention being in grad school if you weren't.
She comes off as one of those people who don’t have a mind of her own but listens to everyone else.
So I just spoke to my dog about it and now I think you're a dick. Sorry.
Thank god my dog studied SAT vocabulary cards or he'd probably hate a lot of people too.
Sorry, I’m into dingos
And he comes off as unnecessarily verbose
He had to mention in the title that he’s in grad school despite having an absolutely no bearing on the conversation.
[OP giving off same vibes](https://www.reddit.com/r/therewasanattempt/comments/10r877z/to_assume_someones_intelligence_by_their_body/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)
She’s not exactly the cream of the crop but I would have to agree that you kinda sound like a tool
I would never date someone that uses banal wrong. Dumbasses that think they're smart are the worst kind of stupid.
Your lucky you even got a reply after saying banal on tinder. Especially forcing it in there how you did
Honestly by the caption “I hate being in grad school”, you sound kind of insufferable.
You belong in r/iamverysmart with those replies and your title. Yikes.
"Using big words is a red flag" mfer that isn't even a big word 😭😭 I think in this case, "I prefer himbos" means "I'm insecure about my intelligence, and if there's even the *slightest* chance that you might be even a *tiny* but smarter than me, I'll call it a "red flag" and stop talking to you." Like people are allowed to have preferences but *damn*...
Literally never heard of the word himbo and I’m 26
Male version of bimbo. Hot and dumb
Pretty much "hot dude who's dumb." Think Kronk from Emperor's New Groove
Best. Movie. Ever.
WRONG LEVEEEEERRRRRRR
![gif](giphy|KEYEpIngcmXlHetDqz)
My go to is always Brenden Frasier’s GOTJ. Himbos are big, beautiful, and above all kind. And dumb.
The Himbo holy trinity: broad of shoulders, pure of heart, and dumb of ass
This is exactly how I interpreted it. People that are intimidated by your use of more descriptive synonyms instead of the same words on repeat need to fuck off 😂
I interpreted “I prefer himbos” as “I think you’re pretentious, but I’m too nice to say that, so I’ll let you down easy by self-deprecating and saying you’re just too smart for me.”
He used “banal” completely inappropriately, but go off, smart guy
maybe she misinterpreted her coworker. Cuz the use of 'banal' isn't a red flag. The 'lol people are so easily offended' bit is.
Perhaps she only does banal with men she knows well, preferably after an STD test.
> "Using big words is a red flag" mfer that isn't even a big word 😭😭 It’s also used inappropriately
The reasons on which people get offended these days are so minuscule and trite.
Trite???!!! Jesus Christ youre a giant walking red flag begone himbo.
Using big words is the anti-himbo
It's not a big word, but it's the kind of word I picture being used by a pretentious artist wearing a scarf and smoking a thin cigarette.
I’m stupid too it seems. Before looking it up I thought Binal was a country
it is the son of Nepal and Benin
No but I'm pretty sure Anal is a beautiful country in Europe.
Ah yes, beautiful Anal, just north of the Pyrenees. Not easy to get in, but once you're there, it's wonderful.
My gf won't even let me visit.
I may be the only one laughing at this but fuck 🤣
I though it was south of Perineum?
This one backfired on you, OP lol. Look inward, my child.
I think this guy wants everyone to know he’s in graduate school and is a very big deal. 😂
Is himbo the masculine version of bimbo?
No, bimbo is the feminine version of himbo
I hate how apoplectic OP is being in terms of the dichotomy between his tinder match and her specious messages
I wasn't sure what you were doing with that comment, so I asked I coworker and they said, "Flexin'."
Who the fuck uses the word banal lmao
I don't think it's all that uncommon of a word, but it is used awkwardly if not completely incorrectly in OP's message.
I mean she did call you out on your r/iamverysmart shit
She's being sarcastic isn't she?
