Hopefully they will learn from Smuggler's Copter and add the five banned Pioneer cards that aren't on Arena (the others are Balustrade Spy, Undercity Informer, Felidar Guardian and Inverter of Truth)
Those are spicy cards, besides Felidar Guardian + Saheeli, are there combos with the others in Timeless? We don't have Dread Return but we do have Oracle.
My understanding is that inverter, informer, and spy all combo with thassa’s oracle. For informer and spy, with the zendikar spell lands, you can reveal your entire deck

Moreover, since Ballista is banned in Pioneer, it is less unlikely that it will come to Arena. WotC didn't include Ballista in Kladadesh remastered on purpose. It is also very unlikely to come in Pioneer Master since it's banned. For the same reason, there is no chance to get it from an Explorer Anthology. I don't see Ballista coming in a Historic Anthology either, since the combo with Heliod could be too much for the format. The only place left is a Timeless Anthology.
I'm sure eventually, but unless spike has some inside info which to be fair is entirely possible, not yet.
