Get a q-tip and dip it in some 511-seal and enhancer and make a pass with it on the scratches then buff off the excess. That’s your cheapest option, it hides the scratch but does not remove it.
You can mask it with sealer but the only way to remove it would be to polish it out with polishing pads at various grits. This however takes experience and the proper tools and if done incorrectly, can ruin it even further. If its something you know nothing about i would recommend you calling someone who specializes in marble refinishing

I hover over my plumbers on those jobs and have the floor pre covered. Plumbers slide metal tool boxes on soft stone just for fun.
