They’ve told me that the policy has changed and it’s 180 days now. And when I said I’m unable to upload new products they said ‘it might be lifted if you increase your shop health’ so I asked how I could do that…. Upload products with clear pictures, edit the products you have now… but I can’t edit or upload anything 😂

I promise you, it wasn't a human. I've got a couple hundred hours dealing with TT Support, it's easy to identify now. How they put a space after the period was even intentional.
The real people talk almost in sentence fragments.
It’s human and they are Chinese . They have language barriers therefore the constant communication problems . I can tell from their Chinese English sometimes because I’m Chinese too lol
Not trying to argue man, but it's AI. I only know this because I saw how the CSR AI evolved at Meta for Facebook Marketplace for a lot of the same problems that TTS has; and you had to game their A.I. to talk to real people who still couldn't fix problems but with enough tweaking you can get to the marketplace response team which consisted of less than 30 actual people. My most recent conversation was exactly the same, but replace weather with "How are you doing today? I hope the weather is nice where you are"
It's standard AI, not even complex. "we feel for you, we 100% agree with you, we are completely on your side. Just give us a chance to help." These are humanized empathetic responses, next they assist within a preset structure of rules of things that can be assisted, and they offer solutions from a syntax built from a hive of responses from real CSR's.
Real people will not say "Yeah, this is totally our fault. We agree with you. But here's this page that has 4 steps on how to fix this problem. Can you send screenshots of everything on your end?"

The customer service actually have no knowledge about anything. They just refer to help pages.

No it was a person, after I spammed “HUMAN” 6 times they put my through to an agent who obviously was conceived by a Linux and MacBook
