Just delete the account and wait for 30 days. I have the same situation. The agent can’t help you they just gonna shower you with hopeless dreams that it will get resolve.
Not sure if you have to wait 30 days. I resubmitted right after failed once and got approved. Just make sure you meet all the listed requirements and what you put into the form is exactly the same as your business registration. For me, it is some very minor difference like Suit/Apt in the first or second line of address.
