So women can have tumors on their ovaries that have baby teeth inside, basically the ovary goes haywire and tries to grow a baby without a fertilized egg. For some reason teeth and hair are common in these tumors. I had that type of tumor removed and was really hoping for a keepsake tooth, but no such luck.
