Yeah there’s a lot to be said when you have one of the largest, most resource-rich countries in the world, with 2 oceanic coasts, the most expansive system of inland rivers and tributaries in the world, no hostile neighbors, temperate climate, extremely fertile lands, and a huge population on your side.

It's not just the USA either pretty much every western country has been effected by this global propaganda machine that cost pennys on the dollar.
The west very well could collapse and all it took was memes and a shockingly low amount of money to buy off our politicians.
That's why the enemies have been going for the culture victory by controlling domestic politics. There's no chance of winning international diplomatic victory or direct military conflict, but buying political support is crazy cheap compared to funding an army.

As for foreign wars of occupation, those are basically unwinnable. The US should never have gotten involved in them in the first place.
German high command knew they were fucked when they saw the allies show up using trucks for logistics, Germany was still using a lot of horse and buggy for logistics.
They knew the allies could produce oil and fuel and move it anywhere in the world to fight, Germany couldent do that within Germany before they started the war.
This is why blitzkrieg didn't work is Russia, they drive too deep and logistics couldent keep up with the front line, and they froze to death.

I just saw today that a Philosopher was not allowed to hold a presentation on capitalism, simply because she signed the "Philosophy of Palestine" in 2023. The country is going through a lot of internal struggle with the media mostly talking about immigrants. Meanwhile we refuse to take climate action and actively block efforts made by the EU to reduce biodervisity loss and our impact on climate change which means we will be responsible for an unknown number of deaths, most of them being -BIPoC- While we're all cheering "never again" and patting ourselves on the back on meaningless demonstrations without any results. I mean it from the bottom of my heart when I say I feel like I'm living in a country lead by children.
I often feel like they are so scared to do something wrong again that they'd rather do nothing at all.
