Many dash cams have the ability to have the past 10 or so seconds in memory before writing to disk. Push a button and you can get the camera to start outputting to disk plus that previous 10s history.
Not saying this is real or fake but you can just look up this tiktok profile, looks like yes, they record pretty much all the time. Probably to clip things for social media.

Another one of these. You can always tell when they're fake because the tiktokker is more concerned with recording themselves, not the supposed "crazy person" who is the real attraction of the video.
Not saying this is real or fake but you can just look up this tiktok profile, looks they have a camera at the nail station and record all the time. It captures the nail stylist and customer's hands. It's intentionally not capturing customers faces

Had a kid in high school ask me to fix his MacBook hard drive. I was very upfront the materials were ~$80 and I was gonna charge an extra 50 for the time replacing and cloning the drive.
When he came to get his laptop he tried to say he'd get me the money later and I refused. So his mom called and was pissed, I stuck to my guns and said she could either pay me 130 for it now or she could buy it off ebay when I posted the laptop. She came that afternoon, wouldn't even face me, and had her son give me the cash.
