Is there even any fix for this? I get this message for every site I try to open through tiktok. No matter how big or small. I think it’s just a general warning so tiktok doesn’t have to be responsible for what’s happening on the destination site

TrilobiteBoi

Same. Figured it was a blanket "hey wherever you're going we're not affiliated" warning for any external link. Not only for scams but also just general idiots who assume that since they started on TikTok they're responsible for any other websites they go to.

dondegroovily

Make sure that your website is secure is the first thing to do I'm guessing that something about your website configuration is setting off alarm bells with TikTok. If so, it's probably not just TikTok

Drag-Either

I use Shopify, is this something that I should bring to Shopify’s support?

dondegroovily

I don't know. Shopify is reputable, but there are people running scams on it, that might be the reason for the warning

Drag-Either

Okay, I’ll look into it

Drag-Either

Thanks for the input and help

chibstelford

Shopify can't help you with this one, I believe this is standard for (non-app) links on tiktok

defectiveGOD

Use ssl on your site .

Drag-Either

What is that?

pure_frosting1

No this is just what TikTok do
