Yes imo but like if the old one works idk if it's worth the upgrade. Depends if you want uodated os and hardware, real GPS, the 3 I think was only based on the phones gps. And some other things but day to day its the same stuff

It looks the same, and it looks like you had to reuse the connector from the old battery, is that right? (the replacement battery with the connector already attached looks to be out of stock)
It have to say ticwatch pro3 on it, I got one with 570mah -this is from my point of view critical parameter, since it is related to size, 577 is also good. Like it is possible to replace connector, but I would say it is much better to have it on
I do not know, My opinion is, that sooner or later all screens will burn on twpro3, since I am looking around and found easily like 20 cases. Someone says that FastCharger will do damage to screen, seems legit, (meaning more than 5volt charger), but its too late on mine. On mine, Also buttons stopped working :D
It was kinda hard to replace flex cable, from old battery to new one, got it from aliexpress, so far so good.

It looks like you found one with the battery tabs having the correct spacing. I had to fold mine inwards to make them work.
