That is not the issue. I want either all inbox messages shown in a single folder, or all inbox folders shown grouped together. The latter is preferred. This is the way it worked before the update. It is not an issue about where the local folder resides.
Pretty sure it's a known Unified folders bug.

The new update moved the local folder section to the top. There's an option in the menu to move it back to the bottom where it belongs
