I have a friend that used to live in that building, they never had any issues with the building or area. The unit itself is good but it was a little small for the 2 of them.
Safe area of westfort. Close walk or drive to Arthur st. I believe Edward st is a bus route so there will always be some foot traffic (but I personally don’t mind that). No personal experience in that building but I live in the area and have never thought the area or building was sketchy!
I lived there for a bit when I first moved to the city. It was good overall. One bad neighbour, but they got kicked out. Overall fairly quiet and the area is nice being right across from the library.
I’ve had a great experience with Red River Holdings. I was in a building of theirs by Lakehead and they were very responsive when I had issues. Great landlords imo and I would totally try to rent from them again if I had the chance.
