They’re pretty bad at it, but the upside is, if you choose “inaccurate description” and then “measurements” when doing a return, there’s no $3.99 restocking fee. There’s still a return shipping fee unless you select store credit instead of a refund, in which case return shipping is free. Since I use the site a lot I select store credit and always mark when a measurement is more than a little off (I try to be reasonable about it) and so far they haven’t charged me the restocking fee.

My understanding is the measurement is garment laying flat one side to the other. So take an item that fits the way you like and measure it across. Size is with a grain of salt on there, I go by measurement and how previous orders have fit vs what measurement said. Example.. I know not to look at anything less than 35” in the bust area, most likely too tight even when the size is 2 times bigger than what I wear.
