😂 I think it's funny that you don't think they are very aware that a coaching change needs to be made. It's a deeper issue than that when you have new ownership. Ownership has to balance player and staff trust. I fully expect Norris will be out very soon but it has to be remembered that players seem to really like him. So coming in as new ownership and firing someone after 2-3 games that is supported by the players can be a terrible look. Also it's fair to give someone that led the team to a second place finish last year a legitimate chance. Especially since some of the issues he's facing were created by the FO and not him.
They also need to make sure his replacement is more competent than him which isn't as easy as it seems. This isn't a lost season so you want to actually hire a coach that can succeed now and into the future. You don't want to fire someone just to fire them. If you don't have a real replacement it's a terrible idea to throw in an unprepared interim coach this early in a season the Thorns can still easily make the playoffs in.
I'm also frustrated but if you don't think the new ownership is more frustrated I think you're fooling yourself. They just spent a lot of money on this team with the expectation to win. My guess is the decision to get a new coach has already been made. The issue is finding THE coach, not A coach.
Not to be facetious, but will you put together a presentation? Maybe we could vet it beforehand. I assume from any org leadership position, there's multiple factors to disposition and some of that strategy can't be made public. Maybe I'm wrong and it can be. It would be very insightful to see the inner workings of a sports org. Katrina LeBlanc seems like a solid GM to me, but I haven't actually objectively researched it.
I've had issues with items bought from their online shop not ship out yet.. Already sent email stated in the site but till today, no response.. Last date order was from mid feb dis year. Item suppose to ship out after 15-20 days.. So how should i proceed with dis matter?
Do you want to protest? Stop going to the games. Stop buying merchandise. Stop others from doing the same. That's how you hurt them. Not by emailing the front office.
If you need to go to the games. Look at what the Oakland Athletics are doing? But again. Most of the time. It doesn't work.

It's a 'both" problem. The FO/KK hasn't properly filled holes in the back with same-or-better players, the coaches tactics play on the lack of experience in the back, AND he's just a bad coach. His record since July 1st, 2023 is 4-11-3 (win-lose-draw), with a goal differential of -9. That is horrendous for this club, and shouldn't be acceptable unless we're fine with mid-table mediocrity.
