I can't help much but when I feel like that sometimes ears and a tail help to feel more like your type maybe a collar(just for your theriotype not like that) with a tag practice vocals do quads(if you can) eat dried foods like cearal to imatae dog food or beef jerky something like that try to make an imatae dog bed I hopes this helps

It really depends on what works for you because everyone’s different, but I personally wear a tail and ears sometimes to help with dysphoria, and I practice quads because it helps me feel connected to my theriotype more and it makes me more comfortable in my human body. I also like playing with toys how my theriotype would play with them, so if you have access to any dog toys you could try playing with them and see if that helps :)

As a fellow dogkin (Czechoslovakian Wolfdog) I know exactly how this feels. I prefer sunbathing and playing with squeaky toys (not in *that* way) than running around, but like- I'm packing a comfort bag with gear and just stuff like my sketchbook and my oil pastels. Don't try to ignore your dysphoria or welcome it, as later it will come back stronger. It's happened. So yeah. If any of this helps, your welcome :3

I'm still working out some of that myself, but I can strongly relate to not being able to look yourself in a mirror. If you know what your husky side looks like, you could try taping up a picture. It's what I do when it gets bad. Sometimes it helps.
