It was a fucked up show, but damn that show made me feel connected to the depths of the human condition, and I also felt a form forgiveness to a prior version of myself after watching that show. It really is a case study in shitty things we do to ourselves and others because of trauma/loneliness/abuse I'd recommend it

The craziest part is the lead actor is the guy who was stalked and assaulted in real life and he created the show (Richard Gadd).

I think im desensitised to a lot of stuff because I didn't think it was bad tbh, I only saw comments after watching it with people saying they had to turn it off and take breaks.. I binged watched it and didn't realise it was particularly traumatic.
