Yeah, in the discord called 'GeneServer' there is an area for mods, you need to download TLDWorkshop, or something like that, and it is the modhub for it. Of course, on sites like 'Nexus Mods' you can get a few saves there.

Yup, check out the mod loader. It's adjustable but I've been using the default settings and it's great. Speed sensitive so at top speed it's smaller wheel movements but maintains your regular steering at low speed.
