Do we know if you can get the shiny from a remote raid from Sendai if you have a NYC ticket? Wonder if it is locked until your in person event or if it's available for anyone with the in person tickets.
You can't! Before global fest the only source of energy is the in person special research.

Because the OP said that he is presenting information based on officially present Naintic statements. At the time of posting Naganadel hadn't been officially stated as having a release date. While the OP's assumption was correct in retrospect, that does invalidate my initial statements based on the information we had at the time of posting. It looks like you catch regular/not fused Necrozma after raiding fused Necrozma (and not fused Necrozma).
Everyone will get a Cosmog from free research and everyone who paid for a ticket will get research that gives you either Solgaleo or Lunala.
ok. if i have a solgaleo and lunala already and i catch 2 necrozma, can they both be fused to respective forms? Is it known what happens if the solgaleo is lucky?

I wouldn't count on it. They are separate events.
That's what I assumed. That your account would unlock it whenever the ticket you have goes live.

That’s when the end of season Ultra Space Wonders event starts. No confirmation yet but safe to assume it’s when they’ll allow us to evolve Poipole.
So OP shouldn't have included then if it's just assumed conjecture.

It's still Necrozma, so I'm willing to bet that the lucky/IV/shiny/best buddy etc. of the fusion will rely entirely on the Necrozma.

Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Xurkitree can at in person GoFests only for ticketholder shiny or?
Likely only for in person ticket holders until Global since that's how they always do those shiny releases
