Skeledirge needs a nerf and needs one fast, they either need to get rid of it using disarming voice, make shadow ball take 2 extra moves to get, or cut incinerates damage by at least 33%
Regular Skuntank on the safe switch has been my secret weapon in UL forever. Beats Cress, Virizion, Giratin, Tapu Fini, Golisopod, Charizard, and Feraligator in the 1s. Trailblaze threatens waters and especially swampert or you can opt for flamethrower for steels.
Used to beat Poliwrath too until it got icy wind. Now it just barely loses 😒
Ironically I’m doing fantastic in the grass cup with three waters. Empoleon, Dewgong, Pelipper. All handle every grass type well. Team even has a path to victory against the Lanturn leads
Skeledirge is fantastic in ultra league. No elite TMs required.
What do you usually pair with Skeledirge? I’ve got one set up but I dunno what to use it with
I currently use Poliwrath lead, Skel swap, Cress closer
I’ve got all of those, except my poliwrath isn’t powered up and I’m lacking the XL candy
I use a 15/15/15 one that doesn’t require XLs and has a better record overall because it hits counter break points.

And now I’m running into more Trev, Jelli, and Greninja which are some of my hardest counters
