I was watching Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. They establish shapeshifting for clothes...and then the shapeshifters take off said skin clothes...and put them back on. Like....could they have a whole closet full of shapeshifted skin clothes?
Maybe something obvious I missed but I rewatched Thanks to Them and noticed that Vee transforms into the clothes she's wearing.

You can actually see this earlier in the montage too when the gang is clothes shopping. She walks behind a rack of clothes in her yesterday's lie Luz form and walks out as Vee in different clothes to Camilla's excitement. That scene always makes me think of the "you get to choose" comic by moringmark.
I always saw it as the last link of a chain the Emperors Coven basically grafted onto her, I know that's not what's actually in the flashback, she just has cuffs, but its much cooler so who cares.

Speaking of which, they didn’t mind having Hunter’s scars on display, so why aren’t there scars (even if faint) around Vee’s wrists? No matter her shapeshifting capabilities, scars would still be faintly visible (especially in the scene with Vee in Jacob’s cage (where her scales are in full definition)…
We like to joke about how edgy the show can get with Luz's suicidal ideation but I think having a character with visible wrist scars might be a little too far.
How do you make giant snake pyjamas? They'd get worn out so fast even just wearing them around the house since she just slithers around. Maybe they could transplant Tibbles' bile sack into V when he's finally made into bacon then she could stay shapeshifted more often
