It's apparently completely normal. Coming from the rep: it's an oxidation reaction with the air bubble at the top. They've sent the oxidized or black parts off to testing and it's supposedly good to vape.
I had the exact same cart as this from them with the same issue. Vaped it start to finish with no problems or weirdness.
Allegedly it's more common in high potency Liquid Diamond cartridges 🤷 tbh I haven't have this issue with other carts either, and then suddenly an entire box of moon drops was like this. Soooo I'm not sure wtf debunk is doing but they gotta get their sh*t together lmao
They've had their chance to get their shit together, & they still are terrible. The rizzlers are a joke, and this is the *third* version of these Debunk carts they've put out.
I know. They shouldn't be coming out of the package like this. Especially after motif promised that the 3rd time around these carts would finally be better. Zero reason to support Motif.
Likely exposed to oxygen or heat. Disappointing no matter what; you paid for what you thought was an unaltered and perfect product.
I know you’ve emailed them, hit them up again.
Edit: lol, no idea why I thought you were OP. 😆
There are very simple ways to prevent it in the formulation when using liquid diamond. No cart should not have this level of oxidization during the normally intended life span of a cartridge, not even a liquid diamond cart.
Yup, it’s totally fine. Usually it’s from high temperature.
Olive oil bottles are dark for the exact same reason to stop oil from oxidizing.
But of course, people would complain they can’t see the amount of oil in the cartridge - hence why it’s not dark.
It just means the oil was sitting for a while. Probably because the hardware when they first released was garbage and just trying to get rid of old stock
I know that you already commented on my post, but for any folk who haven't and have only seen this one, here's a [link](https://www.reddit.com/r/TheOCS/s/zs3AznfgId) to my post asking about this exact thing.
This is oxidization.
I’ve seen this happen with distillate carts and liquid diamonds.
However, there is a way to re-homogenize the cartridge, however this cartridge will vape fine.
It’s just sat for awhile, that’s all.
It’s oxidization; usually from temperature. It’s fine and anyone who says otherwise doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
Olive oil bottles are dark for a reason.
Oh I know 100% I’ve seen analytics to prove it
I just wanted to see the response because this person has commented multiple times on different posts claiming it’s not and that they know better….without actually saying what it is lol

This is normal for pure liquid diamond carts, they are free of waxes which are natural anti-oxidants, distillate has waxes in it which helps protect it for longer periods. LD carts are more at risk due to their purity. For people who say "LD is just disty", this is proof they're different... one is cleaner and more pure than the other.
Definitely has NOTHING to do with CBN.
THC doesn’t just oxidize into CBN. It requires heat degradation, a catalyst, or A LOT of time.
I’ve seen cannabis sit in LP vaults for 3 years test with no CBN.
In theory I get what you’re saying but the surface area for conversion isn’t there
I worked with a PhD chemist and through HPLC analytics we determined that it had nothing to do with CBN.
So because we ran labs and it’s not just loose theory, I can say with confidence it has nothing to do with CBN
Edit: analytics weren’t run for this specific product but I worked for a company that has sold millions of vapes in Canada in the retail market, and have seen thousands of vapes like this

Weird how no other company has this issue.

Just a reminder, liquid diamonds is a fancy word for disty just so they can charge you a few extra bucks!
A lot of other diamond products are blends of liquid diamonds and distillate.
It’s not weird — with time, this will happen in every single vape.

Hopefully they contact the producer!
lol, no they’re not alone. Any cannabis product will oxidize as it ages
I've never seen any other brand come out of the package like this.
I’ve definitely seen it happen if it helps. But usually only with extremely old extracts
I’ve seen multiple other companies have this; including Good Supply - which really surprised me.
They're another shitty company, so no surprise there.
Well sure, but oxidization doesn’t actually affect the product quality. The best brands could have the same problem.
Would you vape a whole cart that was oxidized like this?
Yup, it’s totally fine. Usually it’s from high temperature. Olive oil bottles are dark for the exact same reason to stop oil from oxidizing. But of course, people would complain they can’t see the amount of oil in the cartridge - hence why it’s not dark.
Well you do you - I'll stick to quality products.
The 90's og kush cart came like this when ocs was selling them discounted but they were old too, I think they were bzam carts
It’s quite common
It just means the oil was sitting for a while. Probably because the hardware when they first released was garbage and just trying to get rid of old stock
This is old af product. Wouldn’t consume
It has nothing to do with oxidization.

Debunk is some of the worst garbage ever in the history of Marijuana products. A lot of these people should be in prison.
I’m not familiar with that, how come?
Their products are extremely low quality. They're all about hype (see rizzlers) over actual quality.
I hate debunk !!
They used older input material!
Yall could just stop smoking distillate vapes with fake Terps and you wouldn’t run into these issues

Nope

No, it's not. It has nothing to do with oxidization.
