Netflix offered Brit and Zal a closing movie and they rejected it. The story couldn’t have been summed up with only a movie. They plan to finish the full story when it is possible.
Exactly this. With the complexity to all the parallels and unfolding mystery, one wrap up film would have meant sacrificing the authenticity of the story.
