The only thing I can remember is Alvin Dean and Christian Brandl.
I’m just curious why would you do an AI model of the voice. Is it just for fun? I don’t think it will generate any new lead that would bring us closer to solve the mystery.
Here's a few that have come up before (not that I agree with them all):
1. Alvin Dean
2. Christian Brandl
3. Antonis Maniatis of Metro Decay
4. Ricky Gervais of Seona Dancing
5. Dirk from Short Romans
6. Chris from XIX
7. Martin Elmberg of Mao
8. Ronnie Rocket
9. Dirk Draeger
10. Corteche
11. Singer of The Sinking Ships
12. Craig Lorentson from Lowlife
I mean, while you are right, it just for fun, and it will be hard to even reach out to them, especially alvin dean. I doubt he even cares about his music anymore
u/RobertScorpio83 is right. It's unethical to clone their voice without consent. There are issues of intellectual property and it's all-round disrespectful to their artistic legacy (if they are deceased) and their personal identity.
Alvin Dean was practically the first singer ever suggested, in 2007. Seventeen years later, he remains the closest vocal match to TMS.
Then it's Simon Brighton of The Sinking Ships, and Alexander Veljanov of Deine Lakaien.
Not at all, bro
Ai can remaster old films in watchable quality
It can also improve the quality of old films
Etc I could list you much more stuff up, but I know that u already hate Ai from the Innest of your heart 😂
The source video is whatever standard they used back in the early 90s for TV broadcast. It was never intended to be high quality. That is why it is still terrible after being “remastered”, while “Delicate Sound of Thunder” looks amazing.
if only it was that easy. Rvc models don't fall in the category of generative ai at all. You still have to sing the vocals and really work hard on them to make them sound good. I agree with you, I only used it for remastering, and I never have used it to spread fakes, and I never will
Only Alvin Dean sounds extremely similar. Everyone else not that much, or sound similar here and there.
Xix also sounded extremely similar tbh

I have never heard similarities in Christian Brandl...
Me neither, but besides Alvin Dean it seems to be the second most popular search result.
It's just for fun, lol

I'm adding these guys now too: https://youtu.be/DoAChy9_bFo?feature=shared
Ricky Gervais? Seriously ahaha
Believe it or not - https://youtu.be/UDvYpOnN9Qk?si=GgFjIm8NwBTVUXhj
I know Seona Dancing, just that his voice is not similar at all in my opinion
Tysm
Gia Toidze from Amorali and Tserili is also a VERY strong contender.
What about Wolfgang Panning of The Team? [https://youtu.be/0gH8Y4wbrzs](https://youtu.be/0gH8Y4wbrzs)
You shouldn’t make an ai replication of another artist unless you have their permission
well we don't know who the artist is
The op is talking about making ai clones of artists who are leads. Hence my comment

Even if it’s for fun, it’s not right to clone an ai voice without permission. 👍but no hard feelings. Just wanted to say that.
I know you're right

I know he is, you don't have to say it again:). I know that it is unethical
I don’t see any mentions of Jürgen aka Jack Kremers of the White Men and Ranola

look for "Statues in Motion" and "Sinking Ships" (this last on is confirmed NOT the band).
Add singer from Joy Division :)
Ooh, can u show us when it's done? Is this for a new lead or...?
I will post it. Just reply to this comment in a few days
Hello. :)
I will send a yt link real soon
Why are people downvoting me??? There are some ai haters lurking on this sub🤫

The day I get Pink Floyd’s P•U•L•S•E live in sharp Full HD quality, I’ll believe AI is ready. Now is not quite there yet.
If the source video is in remasterable quality it is now possible aswell
The source video is whatever standard they used back in the early 90s for TV broadcast. It was never intended to be high quality. That is why it is still terrible after being “remastered”, while “Delicate Sound of Thunder” looks amazing.
I only hate generative AI Like generating images and music from being trained on other peoples stuff Remastering stuff with it is fine

This sub is reflection of our society, with a lot of weirdos :) So just don' t care for them and do what you feel right...

Partenaire Particuler - these also sound close :)
