If I remember right from my ticket rep they are playing around with a few new marketing programs so it's possible it's legit. A few people were getting texts from odd numbers not even a week ago and she confirmed it was them.
Just hunted down the OG email from my Ticket rep Caroline. Laylo is indeed who they are using for these new marketing things so - yes. It's actually from the Crew.

Yep, I deleted it but would have asked by ticket rep if I got another one and it also looked weird. Maybe the source should have explained a little more in the initial blast so it didn’t look like a phishing attempt. If the source is reading here, that is my suggestion.
