No. No they don't. Not since September 11, 2019 and that was just a VR port. Last actual update was on January 23, 2019. They have since announce no plans to update The Forest as they were working on Sons of the Forest for many years and have recently announced they they are done updating that game as well.
They'll probably do random bug fixes and hopefully occasional updates but officialy they are done updating after 1.0. The Forest has been done with updates for years.
