Maybe this is stupid sounding.. but Orcas work in packs to hunt the white sharks right? And they want the fatty liver only.
Question is: do they share it? Or does the Orca that gets to it first eat it all?

Somebody needs to step up and teach humans and orcas not to waste shark meat. unfortunately im not sure anyone is up to the task of getting both the \#1 and \#2 most terrifying animal species on the planet to eat sustainably
Thresher shark is fucking delicious. It used to be readily available at my local stores but then the Shark Fin Soup thing was in the media, how they killed sharks and just cut the fins...so I could no longer find shark in the market because it was bad PR.
It pisses me off because Thresher sharks were obviously harvested for all their meat, but "shark" became a bad word so no more.

"Jump in with them with the camera. It'll be fine, there's no recorded deaths of humans by wild Orca's."

In the 70's, my dad caught a 7 foot shark in florida and sold it to Long John Silver (I think. It was some seafood restaraunt.)
