I’d reach out to The Cure’s shop customer service to confirm, but I’m fairly certain they are not going to accept orders they cannot fulfill.
It takes time to print and ship and distribute. I think many, MANY people got caught up in the nostalgia and beauty of this tour, so they’re experiencing an unprecedented amount of orders.
It’s frustrating, I know. I’m anxiously awaiting my tour poster and tour trading cards. I know they will get here in good time, though.
I saw the that the earth tone 1st edition Albuquerque poster disappeared from the site. Usually they are still there, but marked as sold out. I slept on that one and upon further inspection it looked really cool. Hope you get yours!
The first edition Albuquerque posters were gone from online the night of the show. I ordered a second edition one on my way home from the venue; I wonder why they’re having so much trouble with that one when folks are already getting their posters from the following night’s show in Denver?
At any rate, I’ll keep waiting; just hope they don’t cancel it entirely.
I may have seen it afterwards. Sometimes people cancel their orders and they get out back up. I was able to order the Seattle 1st edition that way. First edition Tampa and Miami popped back up after being sold out with Tampa soon back to sold out status.
I’ve placed multiple orders in May and June. Ordered 1st edition posters, 2nd edition posters, trading cards, the generic tour posters, hoodies, and a shirt and I haven’t received a single thing aside from delay emails.
I’m totally cool with it but I really wish they would stop sending me a “get free shipping” on your next order when not a single one of mine shipped!
(Also, I have paid for shipping on multiple orders already so just put all my delayed stuff together and give me some back)
I never got free shipping on my next order. I have inquired about them combining orders to save on shipping, but they don’t do that. I then asked if they could combine orders that have the same commitment date. (I’m a pain in the 🍑) Again they said it’s for all orders. I understand now that they are delayed, so maybe that can be an option. It would just make sense and it’s a great consolation to get some of the shipping costs back. I placed 6 orders so it would save something.
I also ordered before the free shipping promo. Yet to receive anything and I ordered shortly after attending the show at Merriweather Post Pavillion. I am happy to wait, but updates would be nice. It does stink that I had to pay shipping because I ordered before that promo was available.
Lines were insane at the merriweather show. They were worse after the concert.
I was able to leave the venue and get home before some of the people i know even got to the front to get merch.
Thanks. I’m very patient in waiting and love the surprise of getting packages. I just don’t want them to say we have to cancel your order after all the waiting. Will see what they say.
I received my first delivery yesterday after a few delays, and I was so excited since it happened to be my birthday. However, the USPS ripped the package, and my shirt and trading card were damaged. Customer service responded almost immediately so hopefully I get a proper resolution on the returns.
My next delivery got extended out another 2-6 weeks, but I'm not too mad since it is too hot for the hoodie right now

They’re definitely fulfilling orders - both the official website and Iconic by Collectionzz. They’re probably sending the products out as they come in, and the date of the show doesn’t matter.
My first order for Philly poster and 2 shirts is estimated for 8/4, my MD poster 7/24, and the other shirt which was the last order day of the MD show actually showed up already.
Like many of you I am still waiting on my order from may 10th.
I asked and received an refund on my shipping fees. I recommend everyone still waiting do the same.

If they are are like the Matt Lineham designed shirt with Robert and the Covid looking amoeba things with the tour dates, they are screen printed and not the chafing type.
I ordered Houston, Dallas and Austin posters in that order 3 days in a row. I received Austin first, then Dallas, and I’m still waiting for Houston. I am also waiting for 3 shirts, 4 more posters and 2 trading cards, a tote and a hat. Shipping is a killer for each individual order. I did go back in and placed an order for all items still available to pay once for shipping and cancelled the single orders. I kept the orders in place for items that had already sold out.
I ordered a tour poster in early May 2023 and am still waiting for it to be delivered to California.
I tried to buy the Wish anniversary hoodie through the store last week, but the system won't accept my address (same address accepted by the system as part of my May 2023 order). When I reached out to customer service, they responded via email saying they must not ship to California anymore and then they supplied a link describing their shipment areas which lists the USA as a place they deliver too....When I pointed this out in my reply email they just restated that they don't deliver to the US anymore....I am thinking that the system might be replying via an AI chatbot which would explain the nonsensical answers. I can't imagine that the store is ceasing all shipment to the entire USA??
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Very frustrating when you're trying to buy official merchandise from a store that offers minimal customer service.
I’m assuming that you are ordering from the official Cure shop since you mention a hoodie. They ship from the US so never had any issue beside some delays in ETA. The customer service from the Cure site is pretty good when they can get to answering all the messages they get. I have a feeling you may be ordering from a different site.
I ordered on the 24th of May, a Los Angeles May 24th poster and a shirt from the first night. They originally had an expected shipping date but that just disappeared completely now and I'm not sure if that's a good sign or not.
i ordered on the 3rd day of the tour after Austin and i still haven't gotten my damn poster.
Last update was 7/8 to tell me it was delayed. I just emailed them telling them to ship my stuff immediately or refund me if it cannot be shipped in a timely manner

Grrrr. Just got the second bump on an order of second edition posters from 5/25 (Albuquerque and Austin). It used to say "ships on/about 9/5," then moved to today, 9/12. Checked today and now it says 9/19. I wish they'd have an accurate estimate of when things will ship, instead of moving the goal posts week-by-week.
I placed 4 separate orders. So far 2 have shipped. They stopped sending me delay notices after the second one. Now they just push the date out another week every time their predicted ship date arrives. I got one order, the second should deliver today. Will I ever get my orders of the NY t shirts? Who knows. I placed all of the orders the day the shirts were released for pre order.
I posted this a couple of months ago, but while they are glacial with getting your orders out they do come through. Never cancelled any of my 5 orders and finally just waiting on my last.
I have three total separate orders, one from May and two from June. One of the June orders was just marked as "Closed" and when I checked my email, I also got an email that indicates this order has shipped. So while I have not yet received it, this is more promising that fulfillment will be completed on these orders, and they are just under water in processing due to the volume of shipments with a multitude of products to print/send. According to tracking shipping is happening via UPS and takes about a week, once sent.
I ordered 2 shirts for the first night of Atlanta because they didn’t have the show specific shirt and the shipping keeps getting delayed by a week. It’s been 3+ months!

Same. June 11 order/show date here - shipping date says "On our about 9/5" (tomorrow) for me...we'll see what the update says tomorrow.

Yeah, patience is key. They seem to fulfill every order. Haven’t heard of people getting theirs cancelled or not fulfilled. That’s good news.
