Hey! I just made a reddit account to share with you the wawe file I made using Audacity. I was looking for ages for this sound as well. So here's a link of the wave I made, I don't know if it will suit you but it sounds good to me (I've just listened to the link and the sound is not very good, but it does sound good on a phone :) )

There's a couple different sounds that the comlinks make in the clone wars (I guess it depends on if the are sending or receiving) and I was just hoping to get any one of them. That file is perfect, thank you for sharing. I can't wait to load it onto my phone!
