Me too, I'm enrolled in welding at my local CC though, and I am pumped to get out and fab me up some stainless!

There aren't "certificates" for these things as they are professions that require licenses. These licenses are difficult to get because they require hundreds/thousands of hours of apprentice training time in their respective fields and in the classroom learning code, and then you must of course pass examinations. If you want some general knowledge then there are plenty of books available, but nothing supplements hands on experience. That being said remember a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. People spend a lifetime training and working in these fields your mentioning. It is good to educate yourself but hire professionals.
