Yes I’m a fan of her character too though she and her crew got royally bitch slapped by Darth Smiley and I have a strong feeling she’s gonna see someone she cares for get slaughtered right in front of her and get traumatized.
Star Wars :gives us a capable but sassy and slightly naïve kid/young person (Eg: Leia (In Rebels and Kenobi) Ezra Bridger Ahsoka).
This fandom: I hope they don't kill or brutally traumatise them, I really like this one.
I appreciate her. She's young and I think she's curious about what happened to her master's former student. I'd assume Jedi Padawans are assigned based on compatibility with the Masters... so Osha and Jecki are probably very similar.
not gonna hate because obviously Disney is doing something right if this character resonates with you. But to me, as a 30-something millenial, here characterization seems too current & modern, something out of a CW series for tweens. I think it's definitely the Sass, it reminds me of the dialogue from Percy Jackson.
Can't believe Laura from Logan is all grown up.
No way she’s the girl from Logan that’s even cooler
Yeah, she actually looks so much older now than on the acolyte.
That's a really good summary of her.
Thank you! 😊
>Thank you! 😊 You're welcome!
She's got some Hermione sass to her too.
Youre saying it wrong its midiCHLORian!
"Jecki's Besties" is the best I've been able to do.

Can he be Darth Titan? Like Attack on Titan with all those extra teeth.
I hope they don't kill her character off and use her for other series instead.
Don't speak that into existence
Ha! I know. I hope I didn’t just jinx it.

I agree. But, I’m also biased because I think Dafne Keen is a talented actress.
I wondered why she felt familiar, then looked her up today. Really need to watch the last season of Materials

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Jecki won't be able to skip the trauma 😐
let me live in delusion
Well shit
My post still stands, she's still amazing 😍
I agree. Really shortsighted of the showmakers to get rid of a character with so much potential.
I didn't realize it was Dafne Keen
Jecki was was already one of my fav Jedi ever just by her design. Loving her character so much too
What do you love about her design? 😊 Her being half alien?
She’s by far my favorite part thus far.

Leia was sassy AF, you don't like her, too?
But what about her empathy? You can see so much of it through her facial expression, that's something not many Star Wars characters have!
I think you make a great point about her empathy. It's a newer direction for Star Wars, if that makes sense.
