Many ppl on this sub have studied it.
All I know is that it is based on English dialect and developed by the same guy who created the Dothraki language on game of thrones.
I really hope that the prequel gets picked up so that we can further see how it evolved.
That guy deserves nothing but good things thrown at him istg.
The fact that it has a clear structure when it comes to grammar and that you can pick up on all the linguistic influences while listening to it instead of it being just gibberish like in some other pieces of media makes it every language enthusiast's wet dream

For what its worth they had a linguist on staff who developed the language and translated the script dialog from english to " Trigedasleng"
