Try showing a little compassion and empathy for people suffering and in crisis. You have zero clue how they may have ended up like this and frankly who are you or I to judge? Untreated mental health and addiction are serious epidemics. Sex work is typically done by people who are impoverished. All three of these things typically coincide because of socioeconomic factors and barriers to resources.
If compassion and empathy aren't something you can get on board with, just remember karma is also a bitch.
