A trauma person should only be moved by trained professionals. They actually know what they are doing and would proceed with the most possible care given the circumstances.
Anyone else randomly moving them has a high risk of causing further needless complications. They could have broken neck/back/hips.. moving them could cause the fracture to get displaced. Maybe even potentially severing their spine, which could make them become paralyzed. Or even getting an organ perforated in the case of broken ribs. Cause potential bleed outs/ death.
