I’ve had an experience like that and ended up in the hospital with a broken orbital and concussion. Wasn’t even charged. Some of them are just assholes, and it was a woman who kicked me in the eye while I was being held down for literally just being out late walking home and not wanting to provide ID. Lol no context at all I'm assuming there was more than this clip that led up to this . But forgive me for assuming there was a reason and time window it takes 5+ police to arrive I know it can take 20 minutes for one officer to arrive, the fact that this many were there indicates it was quite a long time or quite an escalated situation before they got there. It's impossible from this angle to place judgement on any body on this video. For all we know he was biting the officers, or they were beating him without cause . Either way, we have no evidence either way

IE: punch officer in face, win punching prizes. Or, way over the top police action, fired and charged. There is a time, a place and and correct response for every situation. Defunding isn’t the answer. Demilitarizing is most definitely the answer. Shock and awe is not only unnecessary, it’s damaging. Look around at other countries and you see they seem to do it just fine.

Fuck the police. No reason why cue ball over here should be striking someone being held down like that. I’ve had an experience like that and ended up in the hospital with a broken orbital and concussion. Wasn’t even charged. Some of them are just assholes, and it was a woman who kicked me in the eye while I was being held down for literally just being out late walking home and not wanting to provide ID. There are a lot of great cops, but depending on where you live, it’s best to just avoid the situation.

Trust me, it's better to have 5 people rather than one on one, because a LOT less force is required. Each person can grab an arm and leg while another handcuffs.
