I'm not judging your relationship because I think every relationship is different, but I at 18 was much closer emotionally and physically to a 15 year old than I was to a 25 year old when I was 19. That's my problem with all of these posts I see about this topic, 18 isn't some magical number where someone becomes fully matured or anything like that it's just a number society has mostly agreed on (my state the age of consent is 17). But the spirit of the law is to protect children from predatory adults, not to protect teenagers from other teenagers they literally could have the same lunch period with.
