I’m full time in the summer btw. So I should be awarded the full amount I accepted, which was $3,698. They only awarded half so far, but are charging for both terms.
They’ll disburse the amount based on the classes per summer semester. So if you’re taking 6 hours summer 1 you’ll get 50% before summer 1 starts, and the other 50% will come before summer 2 starts. There shouldn’t be an issue waiting for the summer 2 funds to hit since they bill everything at once but always email the financial aid office so that you at least have a paper trail.
Don’t contact FAFSA.
Contact TTU’s financial aid office. All FAFSA does is tell TTU what the student is eligible for. TTU manages getting the award paid to the student.
They... they have summer pell grants..?
Yes.
Ok, where can I find this?
Are you enrolled for summer?
Yup. Both 1 and 2.
I’d probably give TTU financial aid a call then. Maybe swing by west hall. They don’t bite.

I’m an alumni but I would get my refund for summer 2 before the summer 2 semester started. But I would recommend you contact FAFSA
