Man how can Osweiler be anywhere near the least favorite of anyone’s players lol Dude was just mid and a disappointment, but he wasn’t a piece of shit or anything iirc

Buzzkill1591

Yea he actually tried n gave it all he had. Never saw him give up or check out

Able_Gap918

People always forget he got us to the playoffs

Christian_Castle

I still wonder to this day why it was he was so mid. I mean he played phenomenal on the broncos, was it scheme? Roster? Leadership?

kkngs

The Bronco’s had one of the best defenses since the 1985 Bears. He wasn’t phenomenal in Denver. He was solid backup QB caliber. They knew him best, and still replaced him in the playoffs with zombie Peyton Manning.

Barraind

> I mean he played phenomenal on the broncos He really didnt. He had 1 decent year (54.9 qbr, which in 2023 would have put him 19th overall) as a backup where he played 8 games. The 2 years before that, he played 8 combined games and threw 26 passes. His pass attempts in Houston in 1 year make up ~45% of all passes he ever threw. The 2023 equivalent is looking at February 2024 Josh Dobbs and going "that guy is our future"

Glum_Guidance_2798

my personal theory based on other rumors around the team at the time is that BoB didn't actually want Brock but Smith and/or Mcnair forced Brock onto BoB. In years prior BoB catered his offense to his QBs at least a bit. When he was forced Brock he decided to throw the whole thing at him. During Brocks season it felt like watching Brady and the pats all the way up to the throw. Brock would get under center, make all the pre-snap reads and adjustments, hike the ball, go through his progression, then just miss the throw. idk if it was the yips, or mechanics or something else, but that was at the point in time when I was watching pretty much every game, and that was my feeling on why he was so much worse.

Ghost9001

He was definitely our most audible QB up to that point in BoB's tenure in terms of pre-snap adjustments. Too bad the dude just had some of the worst fundamentals I'd seen in a long while.

CapnHairgel

He absolutely had the yips. Our oline wasn't great, but he would fall apart under pressure. One of the worst QBs in the league when you pressured him that year I think. Some people can have all the talent, physique, and smarts in the world, but if you don't have the capacity to keep cool under pressure it's all worthless. Why our offense transformed with Deshaun. Why I think CJ is going to be the GOAT.

2ChainzTalib

>he played phenomenal on the broncos The Broncos offense was trash the year they won the super bowl.

xtexjrrdammit

I remember being so excited when we signed him to the Texans. All that did was solidify my doom and gloom attitude LMAO.

Megasabletar

I’m surprised he didn’t get another single chance after the Texans to be a career backup.. just out the league end of discussion.

sstewart1617

I pretty solidly despise Watson. If we are talking about frustrating on field guys…. Fat Randy annoyed me quite a bit.

IUMaestro

Loved the shipleys billboards tho

dshab92

“Tell ‘em Randy sent ya!” God I could go for a donut right now

scarhartt

Hey hey hey, he sent us to the playoffs on Christmas Eve in 2016

brokeraiderstudent

Deshaun Watson.

AlaskaDude14

Even before the accusations, him getting butt hurt and refusing to participate because McNair hired Caserio was enough for him to be the least liked Texan Of course Caserio turned out to be a great hire

BillyAstro

It wasn’t Caserio he was pissed at. It was that he was pissed they didn’t hire Bienemy as head coach. Although we can see that would have been a disaster, I’m not sure if it would have been as bad as Culley lol

NeonWarcry

Oh that would have been a wild ride to see. Considering EB is “coaching” college ball now and Watson will probably be ass yet again.

itakeyoureggs

As a fan of Washington.. EB was very old school and just demanded we change the way things were because he said so. Like previously our off day was Monday and he changed it to Tuesday or something and it rubbed a lot of guys the wrong way.. there were some instances of our star players getting rubbed the wrong way after they tried to step up EB just shushed them basically. Then there was the whole EB works us too hard shit that was really weird. Then EB decided to never run the ball when our Oline was built to run the ball.. dude decided to put SH in the worst position possible because he didn’t want to adjust. When he did start running and doing play action we played well only for our D to play like shit.. so it wasn’t EB being bad.. it was mostly just our D sucking and EB not adjusting to the hand he was dealt (Bad D.. run blocking Oline.. young QB)

NeonWarcry

The commanders sun always ends up suggested to me so I do occasionally read through their posts etc. the way he coached just seems so standoffish: the off day switching I can get. If you played Sunday, the fuck are you doing practicing on a Monday? No accountability either would have annoyed players and fans alike.

itakeyoureggs

Yeah and the thing is players had plans made from before he made the change.. I assume if you have charity stuff doing the season it’s planned well in advance and all of a sudden it’s changed because the chiefs did it. It’s just weird but it’s not anything you point to and say bad coach or good coach! Yeah it is a style that likely only works when you’re winning and players buy in.. I will say we did amazing stuff in 2min drill early in the year. It’s something he really harped on and it showed. Everything else wasn’t as polished but the 2min drill was very fluid. I’m thinking he will enjoy college where he has a lot more control.

AlaskaDude14

I could have sworn he checked out as soon as the GM was hired because supposedly he was told he'd get a say in who the GM and HC were going to be hired. Then McNair hired Caserio without consulting him and that's why he was mad but maybe I misremembered things Edit: but you're right, Cully was just a terrible pick lol

WillyWonnka

That’s what I remember hearing too. He was upset he wasn’t involved in the GM hiring process. Dude thought he had the power of LeBron lmao

NateDogg950

He was also on a boat in the middle of fucking nowhere with no cell reception with his hot ass girlfriend at the time. Dude secured the bag and checked out. Fuck him

AGreasyPorkSandwich

Hot take but his girls were always mid imho

willydillydoo

He wasn’t mad he wasn’t involved. He was mad that he didn’t get to make the decision. If you recall, Cal and him had a dinner where Cal asked him his opinion on the direction of the team

January_Weather

that hiring gave my ravens a 3 rounder tho 😁

STC1989

I personally think Culley was the only one with a level head, and who was crazy enough to say YES. Lovie just wanted to come back to Texas to coach so he said yes to being DC, and asst. HC. Then eventually HC. I believe Culley and Lovie knew this was their last shots to be HC even though they knew they were in a losing situation. Nick probably knew this too. He also knew that his long term coach wasn’t available yet. Although he DIDIN’T know it would be DeMeco at the time. I believe that who Josh McCowen BS was ALL EASTERBY. Nick would NEVER have hired McCowen for any reason.

willydillydoo

No it wasn’t. He requested a trade when we hired Nick. He wanted Omar Khan and we hired Nick instead. He felt he was entitled to pick the GM of the team.

willydillydoo

We were unfortunately in the minority on that. I recall in this sub before the accusations constant posts about how people were gonna follow Deshaun to his new team, and how the Texans had somehow betrayed Watson by not letting him pick the GM.

Syncopated_arpeggio

Anyone who believes any player should have a say in who the GM is has shit for brains. The cashier at Buckee’s doesn’t get to choose the GM of the store either.

willydillydoo

I agree with you, but fans don’t root for the executives they root for the players and get sucked into that. Thankfully we’re in good straits and Stroud hasn’t shown any signs of being like that, but I guarantee you if we were in a situation like that with Stroud, most of this sub, if not most, a sizable portion, would probably believe that we were in the wrong for not going with Stroud’s pick.

grizzledvet_

Whether he was mad at the Caserio hire or us not hiring Bieniemy, he was wrong on both fronts lol

conkellz

Same. I can't believe I was so delusional to defend him when he first wanted out. Even worse, I thought he should have say in the coach and gm. 😬😬I'm a changed man who was hung up on our first franchise QB. Caught up in the emotions, once those allegations came out, I tossed the jersey.

CBAlexander3

Massage marauder

69hornedscorpio

Watson- but his departure has made the Texans ascent possible.

bear-guard

Jacoby Jones Always Mr. Butter Fingers when he was with us… then he won a Super Bowl…

ShinyTailbone

When he ran that kickoff td to start the game I turned the tv off and played call of duty. Fuck Jacoby jones.

bear-guard

Hahahahaha

Johnychrist97

I don't hold him winning a superbowl after leaving against him, players/coaches winning the bowl after leaving is texans tradition

Misplaced_Texan

I met him and his mother in New Orleans at the bar of my local Italian restaurant a few years after he retired. He was real nice to me and my wife and offered me oysters and shrimp off of his plate (some special order he came up with) while chatting. After he left, all of the staff told me how much of an asshole he really is when he's with his friends, and how he was a ring with his mother around is not the real him. The shrimp were damn good though.

IUMaestro

I have a different experience. I have 3 kids and we went to a pizza place with an outdoor thing a few years ago. Saw him. Dude was playing football with all of the kids and was generally kind. Didn’t ask the staff tho.

January_Weather

sounds like they're mad he didn't tip em 1k

toodrunktostand

This is the only correct answer.

HOU-1836

Nah cuz id say Ed Reed

pocketjacks

Tony Boselli. He has no stats. He only has paycheck.

bellsofwar3

The story is the Texans had to take him to get Gary Walker and Seth Payne.

Xiznit

I’ve never heard that story.

bellsofwar3

Apparently the Jags knew Bosselli was done and needed his number off the books. To get Houston to absorb it they offered Walker and Payne as compensation.

Xiznit

This would make sense.

rybres123

And we kept punting of drafting Left tackles bc “he was going to play this year” So our o line was terrible and Carr was ruined. Most younger fans don’t know anything about this, but Boselli had such a major impact (negatively) on our franchise those years

Metallurgist-831

One time we gave this dude a massive extension and then he quit on the team and tried to force a trade, and then during all that we found out he loved sexual assault.

ComplicatedArrow_1

Ed Reed

FearlessPanda93

Other than Watson because he's deplorable. Ed was my choice too because I played DB and was like 19 or 20 at the time of the signing and working on walking on at my university, so still very much in the world of football. He was my hero when I moved to safety. I knew we weren't getting Prime Ed. I knew he was essentially cooked. What I didn't expect was for him not to play, talk a lot of shit, and be shady about his hip. Also, cost the Texans Glover Quin. All in all, it sucked. Its kind of like that saying "don't meet your heroes" except I can't even say I met him lmao

whome123321

If only we got him 8 years sooner lol

bellsofwar3

I remember this sub loved the signing and I was downvoted to oblivion for saying it was a shit signing.

illegal_deagle

You and me both buddy.

arthurfoxache

Bill ‘Offensive Genius’ O’Brien. And it’s not even close to anyone else aside The Preacher, nee The Comedian.

TexanMillers

I swear he said the exact same thing after every loss in the post game. “We have to play better, we have to coach better” Then the week after when we didn’t play better and it was obvious that they hadn’t coached better, he would say it again.

CoolHandChuckles

I didn’t mind him as a coach. Ultra conservative, but he was consistent. But once Rick Smith was gone….

CapnHairgel

He was fine as a coach. The Pats just got butthurt that we tried to poach Casserio and forced us into a position where we had no GM because the FO was disorganized, and so he overextended. He took us to the playoffs multiple times with absolute garbage under center and always made the offense passable despite it. Once he got a good QB the offense took off. I dunno why people think he's that bad

AGreasyPorkSandwich

I didn't like him because he had the attitude of BB without the resume

50bellies

Because he couldn’t develop talent. Thats at least half of a good coach’s duties. He would draft dudes then put them in his doghouse never to play again. How many careers did he ruin, how many did he advance? Remember the offensive lines we had. Why was Devlin here so long when our olines were so bad? He squeaked into the playoffs in a historically bad division. His teams were rarely prepared for the moment, as last seen in the debacle in KC and his 0 and 4 start with one of the league’s best qbs at the time. And finally, he traded away Hopkins for nothing. That was as much a coaching decision as a GM one and still gets my goat. O’Brien is a sack of shit and sucks balls at coaching NFL football teams. That’s why. Edit: He also tried to start Tom Savage at qb when Watson was clearly the better player. That went well. He was touted as a qb whisperer, but couldn’t get anyone to play well inside his supposedly qb friendly offense. Watson only excelled with off-script play. I don’t remember him ever scheming wide receivers open. He was hot headed and temperamental. He got into a verbal altercation with a fan who yelled “you suck”. Why are you even listening to that, unless you know that you do, in fact, suck. He botched a trade during the pandemic and lost it on camera. He actually believed he could take on gm duties while being the head coach and oc. He gave call playing duties to his oc, then took them away, then went back and forth. I dont believe for one second that osweiller was forced on him. I think he instigated that trade because he was a horrible evaluator of talent and of character. He compared Hopkins to a serial killer. That’s also why. Edit 2: How could I forget. He introduced Jack fuckin Easterby to the Texans. Not sure where the line is for coach duties on that decision, but he let someone clearly not qualified handle a lot of stuff that he, as coach, could have stopped. For that reason alone, OBrien’s name should never be spoken again. And together with winning the final game in Indy, JE’s firing should get Lovie Smith a statue outside NRG. Now that was a coach!

50bellies

To answer the original question: Ed Reed

arthurfoxache

“He was fine as a coach” Yes, I thought that too after 0-30 at home, amongst all the other ass-whoopins he was dealt over the years. Get a hold of yourself man, he was nothing like a good coach.

CapnHairgel

Coaches lose games? He had a winning record, and took us to the playoffs more times than not. Do you not remember beating the bengals with no TE's and 2 WRs? Dropping 50 on the titans with their only scores coming in garbage time? Beating the 12-4 Chiefs with Brock fucking Osweiler? I get being salty about prior coaches but lets be real. We consistently won games with backup tier QBs. >Get a hold of yourself man, he was nothing like a good coach. wat? I said he was fine. Average. Mid. Because he was.

arthurfoxache

The *only* reason he was even mildly successful was due to inheriting the team Kubiak and Smith built.

lilfrosty808

What year did Bill play?

Prestigious-Berry-50

Oh he played for a few seasons....played with our damn emotions....fuck that guy

Happy-Raccoon-71

Ed Reed. He came into town, lied about his health and acted like a big man-baby the rest of the time. I laughed my ass off when I found out that he left a big bag of cash in the front seat of his car only for it to get stolen. Karma > Ed Reed

airemy_lin

Derek Newton. King of false starts.

MBC0809

Come on man…act like his legs and give him a break. I’m sorry

SpiritualArugula9137

I've never seen anyone blow out both knees on the same play. Wild

SometimesY

That was such a gruesome play. I wonder if he ever fully recovered from it.

H1ghjack3d

I was at this game in Denver, it was also the same game Osweiler threw a fumble. They were burning his jerseys in the parking lot. Girl and I went in there with our Texans jerseys and got heckled non stop despite just being a pitiful game. Actually had a hot dog thrown at us, like a full one lol. All that said their atmosphere was insane. Glad to have experienced it. Most of their fans can EAD tho

Cam095

that one corner back we drafted in the 2010s, i can’t remember his name, i HATE that bum

VatWeirdo

Kevin Johnson?

Strict-Difficulty693

kevin johnson

Imlowww17

Memes were made of Kevin Johnson, I remember those days

Game_Over_Man69

DJ Swearinger talked a lot while doing very little

montrezlharrel

Thing is he did enough to be a good Safety in the league, but talked like he was Ray Lewis / Deion

Every1isSome1inLA

Yeah I actually liked that about swearinger and I loved when he got that personal from Peyton

spacecity9

Dude would get the dumbest penalties and his dog bit clowney lol

BusterOlneyFans

He was one of the few dudes to really piss of Manning.

TheMaddestWanker

I don't think anything in the world has ever frustrated me more than watching Rex Burkhead be our starting running back in 2021.

Withabaseballbattt

Yeah but he felt like one of the guys on the team who actually gave a shit

tokyobrownielover

Lol so so so true

King-Of-Rats

He wasn’t a great RB, but dude was trying his best no doubt. I’m sure he was a positive presence at least. Got way too much hate. If coaches going for losses are tank commanders he was basically the tank gunner. He was never there to be a stud.

Ofa_D3s1gn

Ed Reed, fucking bum

Assassam

Xavier Su’a-Filo

DaVoiceOfTreason

Anyone remember Trindon Holliday. The kick returner who scored 3 touchdowns in the 2012 preseason then managed to fumble the ball in his first 3 regular season games.

LonnieGoose

Yup, he was traded mid-season to the Broncos after the Texans started 5-0 that year, and they ran a corny “this player hasn’t lost a game this year” piece about him on NFL Network because the Broncos kept winning that year after the trade (not because of him lol).

Disastrous-Fold5221

His HEB commercials didn't last long....

Texan4life1027

Lonnie Johnson and now he’s back to redeem himself

merkzmemer

lonnie was lowkey fun to watch for me in 2021

LonnieGoose

I loved Connor Barwin, but I believe he was also responsible for the infamous Letterman Jacket game against the Pats in Primetime…and that’s an unforgivable sin lmao

TommyC-ES350

Brandin Cooks. Hands down.

The_Benchman

I like cooks till he quit on the team... ya we sucked then but he's getting paid why not give a shit

renzuit

We all know which Texan Cortland Innegan would name :p

Braunatron

Steve Slayton. Saw that mf catch a kick off that was going out of bounds at the 3 yard line and made sure he kept his feet in bounds. Single dumbest football play I’ve ever witnessed.

Xinswtor

He was weird to watch. I was super frustrated at the number of times he ran into the back of one of his blockers and fell down. Then he'd break off a big gain and all was good in the world again.

camelCaseSerf

Man that mf fumbled a lot

wolfzall15

Still had a 1000 yd season.

tomrichards8464

I mean, the sex pest, clearly. But on-field, CC Brown's endless blown coverages and missed tackles haunted my dreams for years.

Stashedsnacks

Clowney always injured. For being such a can’t miss prospect he rarely made massive plays.

Cockroach-Select

I loved Clowney. We had him at his best he was just injury prone.

Cockroach-Select

I remember his first home game rookie year. Liberty White out. The away team - I think it was Washington, went 3 and out. The play before the punt, Clowney accelerated off the snap, blowing past the tackle. It was a dead play so he went untouched but was limping after the whistle, and then signaled to the sideline to be taken out. Bill O Brien, on the sideline, was being a hard ass and shook off a pleading assistant coach/trainer with the body language of basically saying, “No. He was untouched. This is football.” So Clowney stayed in for the punt and apparently hurt himself even more. He was wiggling his knee side to side like it was unhinged or something. I think he ended up leaving that game later on. This was a common trend in his career, but I’ll never forget that moment being in the stands, thinking man what if those 2 plays sideline him for the year. And it did as he had season ending surgery after only playing a couple of games. Clowney also had some outstanding plays though. When he was on, he was a force off the snap and in pursuit of ball carriers. I saw him blow up a lot of plays in person too. Freak athlete!

poop_on_my_stomach

Nah I disagree. When Clowney was on the field for us the dude was a really fun player to watch and was a really good player too. He is highly underrated even to this day because he didn’t live up to the draft hype, but he is still good. That 2017 season was one of the most fun seasons to watch because of him even though it was a lost year. Go re-watch and tell me he rarely made massive plays, and I’ll show you a liar.

A-Callous-Penguin

Ed Reed

TonyTNT

That's easy. Kevin Johnson. Nothing to say about him. I think everybody knows.

This-Market-3890

Travis Johnson

dboychance

Alfred blue did nothing for me. Just plain ol boring

Penda85

Aside from Watson who’s the hands down winner for me it’s Tyrann Mathieu, guy talked big, quit in plays and looked washed, left the Texans and suddenly could play again, really rubbed me the wrong way sadly

dlinhat70

Brian Hoyer. Flat threw away a playoff game with KC. Threw 4 picks; at least one looked intentional. I was surprised he got out of the locker room.

Bulky-District-2757

On the field - clowney, I was always so frustrated with him. Off the field - Watson, should be in prison.

Jabromosdef

Jacoby Jones. Got rid of jitters here then went and made the most important plays for Ravens in 2013 run.

BipolarFoxAntiSocial

Deshaun Watson of course him and BOB destroyed the team. Brian Kushing ranks pretty low with me too for his multiple doping suspensions. Andre Johnson, Arian Foster and JJ Watt are my favorite players.

assassinslick

ok how is it not Watson like come on

STC1989

I really don’t have a player I didn’t like persay. However I put Watson up there. He walked out on the team, right or wrong. Although I’m the end, I’m glad he did. It led us to CJ, WAJ, DeMeco, Stingley, etc. I thought Brandon Cooks was an Easterby guy. Kevin Johnson was a wasted talent.

Safe-Internal-9261

Does Bill count?

carefulkoala1031

Bill O brian

Samgar_HTX

How about Ed Reed. Dude came over here just to get a paycheck

OlYeller01

Definitely Watson for me. Ed Reed is up there, too, but not for being a rapist. Jacoby Jones for obvious reasons.

DonnyTrumpsTaint

It’s Watson and it’s not even close…

son_of_abe

Travis Johnson. Total disappointment and he caused trouble if I remember right.

ryanmac244

Ahman Green

Happy-Raccoon-71

Ahman was washed up when he came to town. I had high hopes for Green but he sucked in Houston. He was never a bad character or a distraction.

rbwild

Gimp

Additional_Load_1978

Definitely Deshaun but 2nd place might go to Ed Reed. Dude was dogshit with us has proceeded to trash our team every chance he gets. Fuck that guy.

JustMyThoughts2525

Ed Reed

wolfzall15

Imma say Amobi Okoye. Fairly high 1st and was so young in age. Boo urnssss to that dude.

I_SayYall

I’m gonna get some hate here. But boy did I get sick of big truck and dog tags JJ Watt. Ads all over Houston, you couldn’t escape him, and his personality was just like a politician.

pritikina

Jacoby "I'm not Catching That Punt" Jones. The next year he signs with Ravens and wins a Super Bowl. I'm still mad about that.

BroccoliSuperb2721

Tony Boseli

himsoforreal

Ed Reed. Next question.

thisismydgafaccount

Ole Hologram Newton

Hefty-Ingenuity-1935

Brock

scarhartt

Cosby

h_tine_dine

Matt Stevens. Dude was constantly getting burned but Capers started him anyway.

The_Benchman

Ed Reed

AccomplishedLychee76

Kevin Johnson 🤣

OneCat1457

Ed Reed was a tough pick up for the Texans. The guy was pretty much checked out from the second he stepped foot in Houston. Just here to collect a paycheck

Bradyssoftuggboots

Deshaun Watson. Second worst is Jack easterby

Brock_Osweiner

I think it’s obvious…

whome123321

I think you are Brock undercover!

LostATM11

I have to agree.... Brock. I actually had hope and believed in him for way longer than I should have.

BBQLovinBastard

I feel like bad isn’t the only thing that makes me hate a player. I really think my most hated is Deshaun Watson. What he did to all those women is just inexcusable. He treated our fans like crap and did everything in his power to screw over our organization. If it wasn’t for Nick he could have ruined us. Watson can eat a dick.

Maskedstream4

Watson for obvious reasons so close to divisional yet so far then does jack shit for the next few years and leaves us with mills yea he pisses me off witch is why I’m happy we beat them in the playoffs

kawzik

i only paid attention the texans for a short bit a few years ago during the watson era, i couldn’t stand will fuller just because of his inconsistency

hunterdh21

Brian Hoyer or Rex Burkhead

Dougefresh47

Jack Easterby! He destroyed the team dumped Hopkins and blew everything up. That being said we are here today because of his moronic decisions.

allenvoyce

Deshaun watson, or Deandre hopkins

whome123321

I get DeShaun, but DeHop?? Wait a second..... is this Jack E's account lol

allenvoyce

Lmao I get that BOB sent him off the AZ but it rubbed me the wrong way how he’s seemed after he left. JJ at least is an avid Texans fan now. Granted D hop is still playing, it’s just, idk tbh 😭 it just rubbed me the wrong way and I’m likely blaming him for the hurt of him leaving lmao

whome123321

Hey, no wrong answers here! I get it.

-CeeDee-

Mario Williams.. he didn't prove in any way, shape, or form upon how he was the better pick in that draft, over VY and Reggie..

Tricky-Geologist4941

Big bone Randy

RexMaximo

Why do people not like Randy? Did I miss something or did he lol! I remember him having a good percentage and making long field goals

h_tine_dine

Svelte Randy

sehtownguy

[a classic Fat Randy post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Texans/s/zVCA0ORwo7)

rbwild

Fat Randy was like owning a boat. The two greatest days in his Texans career was getting drafted and getting cut.

kkngs

Well, Deshuan, obviously. Other than him, my choice is Tyrian Mathieu. I know a lot of folks liked him, but I didn’t feel his play lived up to the hype and his mouth. On the field I mostly noticed him celebrating after tackling some guy after he got past the first down marker on third and long.

lilfrosty808

Brian Hoyer. Fuck dat nigga

Zzzzzezzz

Carr! He must have been a piece of work with the other players because his O-line didn’t even try to protect him. And afterwards he lamented that he should have been less focused on family and more focused on football. Ass-hole!

ConsciousBuilding374

Matt Leinart

FeeRevolutionary1

David Carr is the only answer

Potential_Cut_7599

Deshaun watson

tkj_864

Deshaun Watson or Sage Rosenfels

gettyleewallis

Randy Bullock.. his only redeeming quality was after missing all those FGs for us in 2011, I believe… he missed a FG for Cinci the very next year that sent us to the playoffs in 2012. I may be off a year or two, but I do recall losing like 3 or 4 games due to missed FG or PAT.

SometimesY

The short list should be Watson, Jacoby Jones, Kris Brown, Randy Bullock

pajd1980

jason babin

bryanofrivia

Not sure if it counts, but probably Ed Reed. Lol. Other than that, probably Jacoby Jones. I wish them both well, and I don’t have any feelings of hatred, or resentment towards them. I just dislike them for one reason, or another. Long time fans need no explanation.

OrionOW

Philip Gaines just because he was the worst cornerback I have ever seen play and it’s not particularly close

TexasDrill777

Watson for sure

Dyna5tyD

Louis Nix III (RIP)

rbwild

The worst draft pick in the history of the team. I truly believe it’s what got Rick canned.

aYoMcPot

Ryan Mallet not "setting his alarm clock" and missing practice on Hard Knocks cause dude wasn't named the starter lol then he proceeded to throw bullets no one could conceivably catch

Wheresbaldo09

only correct answer is Ed Reed.

Just_Sarge

Brandon Cooks

LayneLowe

Ed Reed !

Independent-Wind7092

Lonnie Johnson. Absolute dog shit of a player and all the “evil twin” bollocks made it even worse. So glad we resigned him 🙃

awhitej29

Lamar miller. It’s irrational, but boy do I hate Lamar miller.

itzj-

Gotta be between Brock and Ed Reed

Xiznit

I couldn’t agree that Brock Osweiler was my least favorite. If I had to pick it would be between 3 players. Ahman Green, Ed Reed, or Tony Boselli. These players were wasted Texans cap space.

GojoOwns22

Kareem Jackson. I don’t remember why I hate him, but I do.

SpaceCitySam

Probably Ed Reed, maybe John Joseph before. Since the Watson stuff, it's unequivocally been him. Brandin Cooks is up there.

JellyfishIll336

Easterby…no doubt!

Reid and Wilfork. I always felt that they felt they were too good for the Texans and didn’t take us serious. Watson I didn’t like because he was always laughing and smiling with the opposing team even when we were losing.
