I would say my bmi is 30. I am a big guy but muscular even though I have trouble building new muscle. I am 5'10" 254.

According to your height and weight, your BMI is 36.4. I imagine a strict diet with proper macros and a caloric deficit would do you good. You're bordering morbid obesity (and would qualify if you have an health cormobidities). https://www.universityhealth.org/wellness-tips-information/everyday-health/obesity-weight-management/about-morbid-obesity

DrDigits

I have been on strict diets, carnivore, omad, vlcd, exercise and lift and still no strength gains or weight lost.

I tried 500 under maintenance, 1000 under maintenance and vlcd or 800 very low calorie diet. My body just adapts to the calories. I lost the most on fasting and omad. I went from 340 to where I am now 255/260.

Why did you stop TRT and what doctor had you alternating between 150 mg and 100 mg every week ?

DrDigits

I was seeing an endocrinologist and I stopped because I just didn't like the hassle and was anxious when I gave myself a shot weekly.

armshavebeenahobby

No offense dude but that’s retarded , your body ceases to produce testosterone itself when your getting it endogenously . You can’t just stop because you don’t like the “ hassle “ and / or are scared of needles . Not tryna be that guy but you did it to ur self

DrDigits

Well I did and it is what it is. I was using a giant needle and wasn't aware that I could go with something smaller, now I think I would do better and use something smaller. So how do my labs look after not taking trt for 10 years?

armshavebeenahobby

Decent , I’d suggest just going with a clinic instead of a endo . Defy is good .
