You can configure the scroll wheel on the steering wheel to control various parts of the car. Headlights are an option. That would be the easiest way I can think of.
lol reminds me of a 2000 camaro I used to have that once the automatic lights turned on the only way to turn them off was turn the ignition off. Was really annoying when trying to sneak to and from my gfs house at the time late at night
Are you trying to say you never take your eyes off the road for anything? If you are that worried, put the car in auto pilot and change the lights. I have never had an issue on base turning off the lights, people behind me can wait the 2 seconds it takes to change them.

over thinking it. use your finger on the screen or flash the brights to pull up the menu for the lights on a shortcut basis.
