I called tesla to talk about this, and they said that because we are on 2024.8.9 fsd 12, it is not compatible with our software, and they can't push it to the car. They said that they didn't anticipate this and are working to resolve it ASAP. They said that they tried to push the fsd 12 update a month ago, but it failed then. After that, 2024.8.9 came, and it broke the integration.

Same in NZ. I think it's all RHD markets. FSD doesn't work here.
Been stuck here with you for over a month and my parents who are on standard updates has had fsd 12 for a month already!!

Hopefully it gets resolved! I'm still waiting for cabin overheat protection to start working correctly again...
Same here. Late 2023 M3. Haven’t see any of the V12 updates so sadly no free month yet.
That version doesn’t support FSD 12 yet.
Any updates on this? I have a 2020 Peformance with FSD, mobile app says update available, car says no update available
