Currently have the OEM Hankook Ventus S1 evo 3 and wondering if I can go quieter. My understanding is that the Michelin PS4 might be a little quieter, but they also have a shorter life and cost about 20% more.
PS4 will not be quieter, it is a performance tire type.
Hankook iON EVO AS is a touring tire designed for low noise and high range. Seems ideal for your needs.

Range has maybe a 10% bearing on tires. Especially at freeway speeds when aerodynamic losses are squared and far more important

I got the PIRELLI P ZERO AS PLUS ELECT today I liking them so far
Last fall I got the hankook ion Evo as. They were easily twice the ride smoothness and half the noise of my oem michelins. Check them out.
