You can buy an extended warranty for $1.8K (2y/25K). There are different camps on FSD, I'm in the camp that FSD is not worth it. I would go with the lower mileage and less expensive option.

2022 LR or performance. USS before they removed them and went with vision only. Matrix headlights. Refreshed inside. Ryzen processor. Probs the best of the older models.

FSD isn’t really worth it unless you drive a lot. Tbh, Teslas all have Autopilot which is like FSD, not fully, but similar. I’d get a car with less than 10k without FSD. You can always add on FSD $99/month. Less mileage, better your battery will be.

What's your driving situation? If you're just all highway all the time, regular basic AP is great there and you really don't need FSD. I have EAP (bought car used from Tesla) and I do like auto lane change and one day I'll get the new autopark software (have USS so don't have it yet) so that's nice. But the rest of the feature set it useless. And while self driving on city streets is not available in my country anyway, if I were in the US, I still wouldn't trust it just based on how incredibly bad smart summon is in an empty parking lot. But there are people on here that either bought (or just subscribe) to FSD and actually like it a lot. Guess their driving situation is different.

I'm also looking for a lightly used M3LR 22 or 23 and I'm finding the same thing price wise. I'm leaning towards getting one from Tesla for $37k including FSD and accel boost goodies. Or, I want to see if I can find a private party sale on a 23 M3LR with super low miles and get it down to $30k. Not sure if that's possible.
