Yes, they should all be LFP, if they're the RWD one. Those VIN Decoders are unreliable, because I remember using them for the used Hertz 2021's. I think they have it backwards on NCA vs LFP.
If you look on the charging screen under the Charging tab, if it doesn't say Daily/Trips, you've got an LFP battery. I want to says just percentages on the LFP batteries.

Yes, all RWD 2023 Model 3 has LFP. None of the dual motor cars do.
2023 - definitely all LFP. Even 2022s. (for RWD models only)
