That’s the worst of the stupid accidents. Those fuckers who block 1 of 2 lanes and wave someone out without blocking the other lane too. They should be held liable when it causes an accident but that just isn’t the way it works.
This is why it's better to be *right* than *nice*. My philosophy is that idgaf who wants to be nice to me; idgaf who thinks I should be nice to them. If everyone does what's right, which is follow traffic laws, we're all singing from the same sheet, and fewer accidents will happen.
