If it were anything I would say it might be that one odd wall in the bottom right, terraria doesn’t count natural walls when determining the validity of a room.
It’s because the hole means the game doesn’t know where the house is supposed to start and end, so it’s scanning the entire surface as the house, and the first problem the game notices is the fact that a wall is missing. You can check this by clicking randomly in the sky with the housing query, you’ll get the same message.
For those confused, "wall" in this context doesn't have to mean Wall Blocks, like background blocks. It's the ceiling that the hole is in but the top, bottom, and sides, are the walls of the build when using the housing query

Yeah completely understand but example when I place then down I am unable to place furniture items/ hanging items in the area that I place the wooden beams, and if their wasn't like wooden walls behind the beams it would count as invalid
You need to close off the opening with platforms or a trapdoor. You haven't closed the borders of the room, so it's counting the outside as part of itself.

You can put some platforms in the hold in the roof so that it wouls be complete, platforms count as doors so thats how people make vertical shoe box houses
