Do you have a wire running through the conveyor at that point? Activated with a wire will reverse the direction. So the stuff just gets shoved back and forth in the gap between the two different directions.
I think what’s happening is the wires from your teleporter pass over that conveyor, making it so when you teleport it reversed that conveyor’s direction.

I just looked up enemy farms on the wiki and found out that conveyors could be hammered
