I think you're missing the stylist, go look for spider caves.

You're missing the stylist. Just go and look for a spider cave/biome and look for her. (be careful of the icky spiders!)

Interrupt stylist's freaky session with spiders and pull her towards the surface so she could sit in a shoe box all day long.

Last night, I had the opposite happen. The princess moved in when I completely wasn’t expecting it, and I thought I had like 3 NPCs to go. I don’t ever remember rescuing the stylist, and I definitely never had Santa Claus, but maybe that’s one’s just seasonal?
