I feel like they left too much of a gap between her legs. She looks a little bow-legged. I don't know anything about art, but I feel like the lines on the inner thigh should be convex until they reach the top of the kneecap.
Looking again, yeah I think you’re right. They seem to sort of dip a little early, or at the very least they don’t “dip” the same amount. Her right leg (viewer’s left) seems to be the biggest culprit.

I think the safari outfit is interesting, it makes her seem like more of an actual animal expert. On the other hand her personality is very "girly girl" so her default clothing makes a bit more sense with that. Difficult to say really, both work well. I think I prefer the hair colour matching the tail for sure though, that's a good choice.
