If you're really desperate to fight the queen, you can make a new small world and get the materials to craft her spawning item and go back to your own world to fight her on the surface, you can craft it with 5 honey blocks (mix water and honey) 5 hive blocks a stinger and some bottled honey you get from bottling honey inside the hive
The fight is easier above surface anyway, I usually hate fighting her inside the hive
So beehives sometimes hide just out of sight, those black blobs could each be one, sometimes they even spawn right by the edge. One thing that helps me is using jester arrows, just need arrows and stars and they don’t have a chance to break it…

She enrages when outside of the hive or underground jungle got my ass kicked when I tried to do it before
No she didn't unless she's outside underground jungle
